I'm not going to buy Bosch no more they don't last long not like they used to 3 angle grinders the in one year To power drills that leak oil

Please do not buy buy Bosch Blue impact drivers if your a tradesman they are a handyman tool at best. I had trigger and electrical issues with the two I owned both repaired twice. Then told from Bosch that I had misused the drivers, trying to deflect that there tools are junk.

Bosch Professional power tools = "redemption offers" -- are largely crap..

The tools themselves are reasonable enough for what they are they are, if a litttle expensive, and the batteries cost twice what they're actually worth..

Their "redemption" offers though, are largely garbage, being 'hit and miss' in Bosch Australia actually fullfilling their offers.. Having had a couple of their offers not go through, and only having a 50% 'success rate' in receiving the "free offer by redemption" I would rate their after-sales service as pretty pathetic.

Maybe making it harder to actually 'redeem' their offered freebies, and not actually delivering on half their offers, is simply another cost-saving measure from the parent company ?

I bought a variable speed grinder late 2019, March 2020 and it had burnt out, courtesy of COVID I had to wait until June to get a replacement, which had a damaged plug and was unusable. Another replacement was sent, this no longer has variable speed which was the reason I bought it in the first place. Bosch are seemingly in a shambles and are incapable of getting it right, really wish I had just dumped the burnt out one and bought a cheapo from Lidl. NEVER will I buy another Bosch tool, even if it means I do a job by hand

Brought Bosch washing machine, NEVER again!!
Problems with dirty smears on washing at end of wash, cut a long long story short what I have to do is use powder none bio, cannot use liquid detergent, put a pint of water to wash and that is the only way I can have clean washing at end of cycle, oh And I can only half fill my machine with clothes! Eventually bosh sent me a pack of washing machine cleaner, at no point would they admit there was a problem with my washing machine, personally I do not think enough water goes into machine for wash, never had a washing machine that allows you to open door mid wash, like many others shall never buy Bosch again!

Awful company to deal with. Have sent so many emails just to get a return email treating me like I have never contacted them before- staff don't know their products or how to read a parts diagram. I'm still waiting for my part - they are utterly useless - Bosch should be ashamed and should remove professional from their name. Key Scaffold Ltd

Spent extra money on the Bosch gear as their warranty and repair service was rated the best by the dealer.

No denying I absolutely love my impact driver, it's a wonderful, well built tool. But after a year of hard use it's developed a small fault I find the promised aftersales +repair service abysmal. 3 weeks after sending off the tool for an RTB repair I'm being sent in circles by staff who have no idea where my tool is, when it will be repaired or when I will have it back. (we've not started yet / its finished and in the post back to you / maybe next week, we're not sure / we cant fix it cos you haven't replied to our email etc etc). The standard phone reply is to request I send an email - which will then be ignored.

Such a shame as the quality of the kit is good.

I am gob smacked at what just hapened, I called Bossh regarding assistance with my new Dremel 3000 because the Dremel instructions are so poor. i think Boch have trained their team to just say "Nothing to do with us you bought it off Amazon" I was only asking for assistance about the product i.e. why their flexishaft douse not have a mandril when it arrives so none of my accessories fit rendering it useless, and I wanted to know what i have to do to make it work but both Sam and Michelle (i) did not know anything about the item (ii) pass the buck over to Amazon without any customer care or help at all, It was dreadful. When you exclaim that they should know about their products they call it Abuse OMG. I cannot believe any after sales agent get the job when they do not know at least a bit about their products, anyone can sit there and say "Not us go to Amazon" this was a genuine customer aftersales enquiry not a missing part. I really hope Bosch bother to monitor the agents calls as I think that because they are working from home they can get away with very poor service. You can judge a company by how they deal with issues an I am appalled at Bosch whom I bought from thinking they would be better than some of the non brands on Amazon.

Despite a 3 month wait for my replacement pressure washer and very poor communication from customer derive, i have now received a, upgraded model, so many thanks. It would be nice in the future for staff to give realistic expectations rather than be lied to regarding the status of their order

Hi all I would like every one to think twice about purchasing anything that is owned by bosh if something going wrong and you need there help forget it
The customer service is is a joke I’m so disappointed that all I wanted was a plastic carry case for my dremel tool and they would not help at all

Bosch professional tools are Over rated products, Makita, Hilti and Milwaukee way better value for the money and more reliable than Bosch professional, I am writing this review on my 20 years or experience in construction industry, I have used all makes over the last 20 years, Bosch are good but compared to Makita, Hilti or Milwaukee way behind in value for money

No answers, no service, bad products

Simply appallingly on every count. Garden products failed within months. Broken on / off switches etc. Useless and slow service center. Avoid like the plague.

I am a professional woodworker and often upgrade my machinery endeavoring to improve my work so in February 2020 I upgraded my mitre saw to the new Bosch 12inch glide saw because of its clever new design and space saving capacity and depth of cut. The mitre saw was ordered and to my horror arrived in what I can only discribe in the most appalling way, the mitre arm was protruding out of a hole in one corner of the box, there was damage to the throat plate by previous owners or operators, the saw was massively out of alignment and when I endeavoured to correct the saws misalignment I noticed that one of the four major alignment bolts that are used to lock alignment when set was destroyed by the previous owner bearing in mind that I had placed an order for a brand new saw! I snapped several high definition photographs and contacted the company I had purchased the mitre saw from only for the lady to accidentally admit via a phone call that the saw may have been the old self model that had been on display in their showroom for a very long time! After further emails to this Bosch dealership they did eventually admit that this was the case in that the old disscontuined mitre saw was repackaged and sent to me!
As the saw was out of true on two planes and locked
permanently because of the damage to the alignment bolts, operating this machine would have presented a very serious safety risk which would have caused kickback resulting in very serious injury, I was truly shocked and horrified!
I did contact Bosch UK about this matter within the month of February 2020 and to my bewilderment and disbelief Bosch have not contacted me in anyway apart from their acknowledgement email in relation of receiving my detailed accurate account!
A mitre saw costing £750 that was old, on display, disscontuined out of date pre-used damaged and very dangerous delivered, no effort by the company to endeavour to search for an alternative and when Bosch UK where contacted by me total silence!
I will not be silenced over this and plan to have some order and respect from Bosch, I paid a huge amount of money for a new saw, I received a out dated pre-used and extremely dangerous Bosch product, that alone is legally venerable but to be basically ignored and abandoned is not acceptable and that is something I refuse to except! From purchasing this saw to receiving then rejecting an inferior product to refund and eventually the monies paid back and in my account took an incredible three weeks which impacted on my work
Thankfully I have all the high definition photographs, along with the email invoice and serial number, model number etc of this pre-used mitre saw, I wish to be contacted.

5 out of 5 Bosch products bought in the last few years (pressure washer, hedge trimmer, washing machine, and two drills) have failed before they have reached the 6 months of regular use mark...says it all really, junk.. pressure washer leaked internally blowing the electrics and before that the lance fell to pieces, hedge trimmer decided to self destruct, again internally after its third use, plastic gears stripped. Washing machine started leaking out of the door due to a poor seal, then after getting that replaced under warranty, the motor bearings and pump failed, in the space of 6 months. Cordless drill battery pack fried itself, leading to the charger dock melting internally too, junk. Second corded drill spat its dummy out and started emitting acrid smoke while drilling a hole with a hole saw, then starting making a nasty grinding noise from the nose bearings... Bosch are a total joke, like most overrated German products nowadays in my opinion, and I will NEVER buy another German made product as long as I live!!

I used Bosch power tools for years and upgraded my tools when van was robbed ... omg ..I miss my old bosch tools . New bosch = Poor tools ,poor service , cheapest rubbish on the market, .
Motors burned out bushes fell apartment in armature. 24v batterys lost charge after 3months . poor to NO service felt like I done something wrong .
lasted 6 months before I broke them with a hammer .They were sh×t . U couldn't give them away ....

Cheap and nasty rubbish no support...

Have used for last 12months no bother.

Appalling Service from Bosch today. I have a AVR 1100 lawn raker and have order replacement tine blades directly from Bosch.

However the user manual provided by Bosch refers to the 900 model for replacing only the tine springs and for the 1100 model blades you have to contact the service centre. I did this and some rude and obnocious women provided no help whatsoever other than to say you have to email in as they only have one technician working in the workshop. No timescales provided for a response and in the meantime its effecting my business. If you have to email in why does the manual not say this?

Har for 40.000,- bosch elværktøj som jeg overvejer at udskifte, da deres service er helt til grin og konkurrenterne åbenbart slår dem på holdbarhed og oplevelser i deres serviccenter..

Un uge gammel slagskruemaskiner(undskyld 4 dage) som bliver tabt fra 2 meters højde knækker, vi snakker her professionelt værktøj til mange tusinde kroner..

Det kan bosch værktøj åbenbart ikke holde til, næste gang køber jeg ikke 2 x kapsav, rotationslaser, slagsskruemaskiner, borehammer, stivsav, rundsav, dyksav, laserafstandsmåler, 30 batterier mv

1 reklamationer på 5 år, og de åbenbart 100 % ligeglad..

Den må være bygget af noget porøst kinerserplastik, da jeg aldrig har oplevet en maskine knække på midten...

May I suggest that New Zealand consumers BEFORE they purchase a Bosch product try calling ANYBODY in New Zealand to address a NZ related product issue.. You will find they do not have ANY company numbers or communications for Bosch management in NZ....ALL contact information is hidden and thus unavailable. What you get is some overseas Asian contact center….so if you think you can actually speak to a real Bosch employee or manager to discuss product failure or other issues in NZ...FORGET IT. Utterly hopeless.
