I've owned a DGH150 grinder for 3 years and I use it maybe 3 to 4 times a year just to grind mortar off of subfloor. Recently it started powering off and a light would flash. I took it to hilti and they said they can't even identify the problem they have to ship it to a service center. I just got a quote of $1200 to fix it plus they want to charge me $60 to ship it there. Their quote doesn't even tell me what the problem is. This tool seems poorly built and the service is atrocious. They also have the nerve to write on their service quote that if you don't reply within 30 days they'll destroy your tool. This comes after i've had negative experiences buying the rubber sheathe for dust containment, my sales rep recommended the wrong part and it wouldn't fit and couldn't be returned. I certainly will not be buying Hilti again

Absolutely outrageous that this company discontinued the gas for the GX120!!! I wonder just how many tradesmen you people just screwed!! This company should be forced to buy all these guns back!! Whatever brain trust made this decision should and needs to be fired ASAP!!

Très déçu je n'achèterai plus jamais cette marque, on payent très cher a l'achat pour être tranquille, mais une fois en panne, ils nous assassinent avec des prix exorbitant pour la moindre réparations.
A fuir, vaut mieux acheter un outil pas cher même s'il tombe en panne on perdent pas 2000€ pour rien.

Tijdens het invoegen werd ik er niet tussen gelaten en gaven jullie gas bij waar door ik een nood stop moet maken. Vervolgens word er expres nog op de rem getrapt echt asociaal 😡

Terrible rude customer service.. need to buy 1 item but can't buy it unless you register blah blah... urgently need an item but the service rep was not in the mood to help. He couldn't understand how they can send me a part ??? Take my details and payment and send it... not that hard .. I am better off dumping the jack hammer and buy a better brand that supports customers...

Honestly, Hilti is one of the best companies when it comes to tools and equipment. Their machines are very strong and built to last for years, even with heavy work on site. I’ve used their tools many times and the performance is always reliable and comfortable to work with. The price might be a bit higher than other brands, but the quality and durability are definitely worth it. In my opinion, Hilti is a very dependable choice for anyone who needs professional tools.

Nous sommes client depuis 10 ans en FLEET et nous rencontrons de plus en plus de problème avec HILTI.
Pendant 7 ans aucun problème, aujourd'hui il n'y a plus de service. Il ne font aucun compromis et même le personnel souhaite partir.

Ho richiesto tramite app. Il ritiro del mio tassellatore perché non funziona e dovevano ripararlo, ma il corriere non è passato, ho fatto di nuovo richiesta tramite app. Dovevano ritirare il giorno dopo ma neanche questa volta è passato il corriere, nel frattempo si e rotto anche l'avvitatore, ho contattato per altre 2 volte il numero verde e neanche così è passato il corriere, ho contattato chi mi segue per gli acquisti su wathsapp e mi ha detto che provvedeva lei a contattare il corriere per il ritiro degli attrezzi, nel frattempo sono passati 20 giorni ma nessuno mai mi ha contattato, sia hilti che BRT. Nel frattempo ho preso attrezzature a noleggio per poter lavorare , alla fine ho deciso che non acquisterò mai più da HILTI perché non è più un'azienda seria....

Un camion rouge Hilti comme une furie à 13h30 ce jour à Erdeven (56), route pourtant limitée à 30km/h ; roulait au moins à 70 rue de La Poste et rue de la Plage. Un vrai dingue et un danger public !!! Inadmissible

Great product, unfortunately the Customer Service structure is horrible unless your conducting million dollar projects. Multiple issues with Fleet tool returns, not advising that new version of the tools have been modified not to fit our current bits until we are on jobsites, billing issues, flat out lied to by multiple account reps that have been assigned to our account over the years. Says something when there is high turnover in account reps. The tools are great; just horrible representation in the USA

Had a hilti rep call me recently. Whilst explaining that I now prefer dewalt due to the fact that hilti are way too expensive he simply put the phone down on me. This is a perfect example of how poor hilti are nowadays. Hilti collated screw gun set is over a thousand pounds compared to under three hundred pounds for a dewalt!!

nur telefonisch erreichbar zu sein, hilft nicht. Frage zu einem Produkt von Hilti konnte trotz Eile nicht in 24 h beantwortet werden durch Rückruf. Auch ein zweiter Anruf von mit blieb ohne Ergebnis. Ich rechne mit gar keiner Rückruf mehr. Als Endkunde fühle ich mich hier entsprechend wenig wertgeschätzt. Schade, ich hätte von Hilti mehr erwartet.

Jamais je n’ai connu un aussi mauvais service clients plus trois mois sans nouvelles de ma machine pris par leur transporteur et surtout aucun retour de leur service clients

Not a review of the actual services themselves. But one of the Hilti cars were parked in my cul de sac and ran over my little boys scooter completely destroying the brake and the back wheel.
