Times are limited to see technical staff. The aids are poor and now I get email giving me a lot of instructions. I have found NO IMPROVEMENTS at all so far. I now find I am expected to buy batteries and change every 5 to 10 days. The ear buds are uncomfortable and fall out often. I shall most likely decide on the money back option. We shall see.
