Boots Hearingcare - Stamford High Street Arvostelua 

Just collected my second set of phonak hearing aids. The previous 5 years of use of my first set were satisfactory with a few visits & tweaks. However, my recent experience with fitting of the new and improved technology Phonak was I feel worthy of comment. The audiologist Salma was a friendly smiling face with a courteous & professional manner whereby I felt completely at ease from the moment I entered the room. The way she explained everything to me, asking if i understood each element of the fitting of my new hearing aids was first class.
She is a credit to Boots Audiology department. I'm completely confident that I have purchased a good product.
Only time will tell of course but Salma was quick to put any concerns I may have, explaining Boots audilogy aftercare
service. A happy returning customer ☺️

My husband and I had an appointment with Kadam Verma at Boots Hearingcare in Stamford today.
He explained the whole process very clearly and concisely without talking down to us and he made us feel comfortable. He explained everything we needed to know to choose the correct hearing aid for us and we are very pleased with the service he provided.

I had an appointment today for wax removal and a hearing test. I bought my hearing aids from Boots 3 years ago, and this was my yearly check up. When I got to the appointment everyone looked very sheepish, and eventually they said the shop was closing in 5 minutes for planned electrical work. No one had contacted me, I had travelled some distance, no phone calls, or anything. Everyone blamed everyone else for not letting me know! It was appalling service. This is the second time I have had a problem, last time it was because they couldn’t open a door, but then it turned out it was a diary problem. Enough is enough, hence the one star feedback.
I would like the boss of Boots to comment on the level of service being provided by his staff, whoever’s job it is to contact customers maybe needs some assistance.
