The two appointments that I had were…

The two appointments that I had were both excellent
I had a meeting with two on Monday 3th the two people that attended to me were very polite and professional which put me at ease .
Then the follow up appointment was Thursday 6th this time just one person how again was very polite and professional explained what would happen and give clarity to my situation. So thank you to everyone

A good experience at Boots Hearing

I felt I was looked after extremely well. The audiologist Phil explained to me everything in detail that I needed to know regarding the hearing aids and how to use and look after them. It was an interesting and informative interview well presented and a totally good experience.

Very good experience

The hearing care technician was very personal made me feel at ease and explained the the equipment he was using he also explained the degree of my earring loss and which aid would give me the best results.

Five star service at Clarins

Just had five star service at Clarins in Boots at Meadowhall. Collette was fantastic, men buying ladies makeup is not a good idea even though you might have it all written down. Collette sorted me out in a very calming professional way and went to the trouble of gift wrapping the items.Excellent service

Heading appointment

The appointment was on time. A very knowledgeable young man who discussed my hearing needs. Spent an hour with me and my husband completing an assessment and advising what I need

A very positive experience

The adviser Ethan was brilliant. He took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel very confident that I have made the right choice of hearing aids. My appointment was an altogether positive experience.

Thanks to Phil I’m now able to look…

Thanks to Phil I’m now able to look forward to receiving my hearing aids - it’s something I’d been dreading for a long while and Phil and the lovely lady who is training to be an audiologist (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) have given me the courage and confidence to actually go for it!
