Boots Hearingcare - Plymouth Arvostelua

Excellent service. Dealt with by a very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful lady

Jodie made me feel relaxed was thorough with the testing and let me have a wander ariund the mall with hearing aids in to see and hear how they felt.

Very helpful and professional, talked me through the options I had and the process. It was quick professional and I understood exactly what my needed to know. The process after I had chosen the aids that suited me was clear. A test run in a coffee shop with my wife, before finalising the purchase was most welcome. Great warrantee and lifetime professional support makes for peace of mind.

Very positive experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff

Boots hearing care: very professional in assessment and sales. No pressure, got what I wanted at the price I expected.

Excellent service. I wasn't rushed, everything was done with ease and patience.

Lady audiologist was very good, knowledgeable and helpful.

Appointment was on time, hearing test was thorough and well explained.

Good organisation and friendly, helpful team. The advise and help provided by Phil Lucas was excellent.

The audiologist was.both knowledgeable and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he put us at ease straightaway , gave a very informative description of what he was going to do and what results would look like. He also explained all about the different hearing aids and the cost.

Cameron & Elaine knew exactly what they were doing & saying 10 out of 10

Very professional covered everything as a new wearer explained everything the good and some of the disadvantages and how to manage them, thank you Boots Plymouth
Especially my consultant
Elaine Stockman

Jodi was brilliant and explained everything extremely well

Pleasant audiologist. Good explanation of test outcome.

Very professional, helpful and informative

Would have preferred to stay with one person for whole purchase.
Room for hearing test setup was noisy, making accurate listening impossible.
Would have liked more information on how earphones work together, but didn’t know what questions to ask until after the event.
All fairly minor niggles but detracted from the quality of the purchase experience.

Ms Carmichael was kind, considerate, and thoroughly professional.I cannot speak too highly of the treatment I received from her.She is a credit to Boots Hearingcare.
