Had a recent hearing test due to hearing loss and my tinnitus. My appointment was with Mark at Northallerton what a total professional guided me all the way with sound and constructive advice. Purchased a hearing aid with Mark which has been life changing for me. If your looking for caring and professional service couldn’t recommend more highly.

I was made to feel very welcome

I was made to feel very welcome. Mark the audiologist took his time and was very helpful in explaining what tests he was going to do , and then when we had the results,which hearing aids would be most beneficial to me . Overall a good experience thank you
