I was welcomed by a lovely young lady who explained in detail what the hearing test would involve. The test was conducted in a calm and reassuring manner. I was very impressed when the lady showed me the results on the computer and proceeded to explain the graph to me. Finally, with the help and knowledge of the lady, i made the decision on a hearing aid. I would not hesitate to recommend the lady with her outstanding professionalism.
