Shabnam was so welcoming and supportive, felt at ease immediately. She was very thorough and informative throughout the hearing health check. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

I have visited the boots hearing centre three times in the last two months. The hearing specialist Katie is very knowledgeable about the hearing aids she has answered all my questions relating to my hearing aids .she easy to approach and speak with and is friendly and helpful.
