Boots Hearingcare - Leicester, Gallowtree Gate Arvostelua

Roshni has always provided an excellent service for my mum who is 79 years old. My mum was really worried about losing her hearing but Roshni put her at ease straight away by providing a caring attitude and a professional experience. My mum loves her new hearing aids and she is always happy to return to the follow up appointments knowing that Roshni will be friendly, helpful and provide us with her excellent customer care and expertise. We would not go any where else for mum's audiology appointments.

I’ve been going to the Audiologist at GallowTree Gate for a few years now. The service is second to none. In particular, Roshni Thanki is very professional, caring and supportive every time I attend. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Roshni Thanki is extremely professional and competent in her work. She is obviously fully up to date in her knowledge of current hearing aids. However the service provided does not just include professialism but also the personal touch. She is always very welcoming, remembers who you are and what you do and your family. It makes it a very pleasant experience.

My appointment was a further follow up in connection with my hearing aid purchase. As always, Roshni was very professional and caring. She has a very pleasing, comfortable personality and is so very knowledgeable/competent in her role as hearing aid audiologist. My hearing aids have been life changing and it's a bonus to know that this back-up attention is available as and when necessary.
Thank you again Roshni :-)

Roshni Thanki was great as ever. She is so helpful, patient and kind. I feel well informed and assisted to make good choices when I see her. Thank you Roshni!

I have been attending Boots Hearing for several years and look forward to attending my annual review with Roshni Thanki. Roshni is such a Friendly, Caring, knowledgeable, and professional Audiologist. She is always willing to listen to any concerns give professional advise. I wouldn't wish to see anyone else. Thank you so much Roshni for looking after me on my visits. Roshni is a 5star professional young lady who I would recommend to anyone.

Roshni is welcoming and a good communicator. She listens well to concerns and quickly understands the issues. She explains clearly what she can do to help and responds quickly, efficiently and effectively.

Very thorough and professional

It’s always a pleasure for me to attend my annual hearing review as Roshni Thanki is such a caring , knowledgeable, professional audiologist. Over the past 10 years she has been amazing and this has meant I have been able to improve the quality of my hearing . Enjoying the every day sounds we take for granted . Thank you Roshni

Highly recommend this boots hearing care . Roshni Thanki is caring , compassionate, and professional. She is excellent at her job and has cared so wonderfully for my mum over the past 10 years .

Have been attending Boots hearing care for the past 9 years. I have always found the team to be most helpful and professional. In particular I would single out Roshni Thanki for her excellent professionalism, care and support. I recommend Roshni to anyone who may be feeling anxious about their appointment.

The Boots consultant Roshni Thanki was great. She was able to give me a good explanation to all my concerns

I have made numerous visits to Boots Hearing care. Leicester, initially for purchase and follow up reviews. On each occasion I was attended by Roshni Thanki. I returned today because my hearing aids were old and needed replacing. Unsurprisingly to me, I left an hour or so later after a hearing test with a new pair hearing aids and all the information I needed. As always, Roshi was extremely helpful, informative and above all caring.

Roshni is the kindest but most professional audiologist we have ever worked with - my mum is so confident and happy visiting roshni for appointments.

I have been a customer for some years now and while I could choose to go to the NHS the service I receive from Roshni in particular is second to none. Even though she knows I don't always do as I am told she remains patient and professional at all times.

I have had three hearing aids over the years with Roshni Thanki and she has been exceptional in her care. Her knowledge and kindness has made the experiance stressless. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I am happy with the fit even though this has not been easy. Thank you Roshni for all your help, Sheila Fenton.

Helpful and friendly

I can’t recommend Boots Hearingcare in Gallowtree Gate enough!
I have been with them for my entire hearing loss journey and the service had been impeccable. Roshni Thanki is truly wonderful. Always so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and at each appointment I’m
made to feel valued and cared for. Roshni’s customer service is one of those that is inherent and not from a text book.

My husband and I had our initial hearing assessment. We were seen, on time, by Roshni, the audiologist, who was very friendly, patient, approachable, professional and thorough.

I was seen on time, Roshni explained the change in my hearing since my last visit, gave me my hearing test , and checked my hearing aids.
Also told me and demonstrated the new technology in hearing aids since I purchased my last pair.
Very helpful and informative,I couldn’t have had a better experience
