The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Hina was fantastic, she explained to me very clearly what we were going to be doing and the results of my hearing test. I would definitely recommend using boots for hearing care.

Very clear in the testing procedure and explaining the results.
Hina was also very knowledgeable about the products and explaining the differences in them.

The audiologist was professional and…

The audiologist was professional and explained each step of the process. She was also very thorough in the information pertaining to the different hearing aids. She also advised us of her alternative of going via the NHS, allowing us to make our own decision
