Take your money and take your hearing Aid away!

My 82 year mum buys a new hearing aid for almost £2,500. She has it a week it keeps going wrong they send it back in November and its never been seen again, Horley branch suppose to be open Fridays it never is Ring them Wednesday the only other day they just say its being fix but they have no idea when! We were told it would be a maximum of a week to ten days! Over two months now. Then told head office was going to ring they have not, when i rang them they want talk to me about it!

Hearing test

This was the first time I have had a hearing test and found the experience to be far better than expected. The Audiologist was personable and professional which made the time spent there a pleasure. There was no rush and no hard sales talk. The office was warm, clean, easily accessible and welcoming.
