Boots Hearingcare - Grantham Arvostelua 30

Friendly and professional audiologist who explained my hearing loss clearly . She also explained my options for hearing solutions and did not pressure me to choose the most expensive hearing aids. I was given time to assess the test aids and at no time did I feel hurried to make a decision.

I booked a hearing check online for BOOTS IN Grantham for 14/7/25 at 12:30.
This was booked online and a confirmation message was sent to me. Closer to the date I was sent another message reminding me to inform the shop if I wished to amend or change the appointment.
I turned up for the appointment only to be told there was no record of it on the system and I could have another appointment later in the day or another date. Neither of these two options were convenient.
I live about a 40 mile round trip from Grantham and had to take time off work in order to attend this appointment so I am sure you can understand my annoyance at this administrative error by Boots.
Like the advert says “Should have gone to Specsavers”!

Had problems with my hearing aids,the Audiologist was must understanding and the result fresh types of aids suggested to me with no loss of 90 day guarantee.
