Boots Hearingcare - Eastbourne Arvostelua 

I had a clear idea of what I wanted in terms of Hearing Aids. I wanted the best level of help for my hearing loss. The technician took me through a thorough assessment process that I was accustomed to, providing me the opportunity to ask questions if needed. They explained the whole process in a level of speech that was conducive to hearing needs. Some of the experience was quite innovated especially when trialling Boots hearing aids, the technician provide me with different situations to see if and what improvements there were. There was no pressure selling just advice about the different aids that were available. They also asked for my wife’s opinion on my hearing and gave me the feeling that they wanted me to get the most from the session. When it came to selecting the hearing aids, they provided a complete unbiased break down on what Boots could offer. They then explained all the purchase options available. In all a very professional and well thought out practice.

I have always had a good professional experience with boots audiology department Eastbourne
However please train your staff to carry out wax removal as twice I have had to return as audiologist unable to do a hearing test / review due to wax in the ears .
It wastes the customers time and the audiologist time
It would be much better to have it all done in one visit
I have been informed by staff they are being given the training in the future next year possibly service to be offered to customers
Sorry not good enough .
But why not do it at the beginning of their employment so staff are ready to go .
Both audiologists are trained to do the wax removal but have to be trained to use boots equipment !!
Again not good enough

Cathryn Pedersen Eastbourne audiology was excellent. Polite, professional, and extremely helpful in her explanation of the different aspects of hearing loss and demonstration of how hearing aids can make a difference. Being able to try out some hearing aids and experience the initial shock of hearing more frequencies was really helpful and will prepare me for when I do get hearing aids.

The appointment and the professional were excellent, however the pre-appointment questionnaire did not arrive until some days after the appointment which made the first part of the hearing test a bit of a farce!

Very lovely lady very experienced didn't push explained everything. What a difference when I put the hearing aids in didn't realise how deaf I was ty to Jane Dear and Boots.

The consultation was very in depth, the information given about the state of my hearing was very clear and time was spent on the choices of hearing aids

Firstly your web site is rubbish as it does not detail what you get under platinum to bronze categories. When you actually get in for the test though people like John Marsden clarify everything. The process was really interesting and revealing. As well as ordering a pair of hearing aids the audiogram data, when uploaded to my Apple AirPods Pro, means I now have prescription AirPods and the effect is result is wonderful. I had not realised how much top end I was missing from my favourite tracks. I have spent a week rediscovering my music favourites!
