Reassurance given was a great help

Reassurance given was a great help. Professional and helpful advice from Rob who saw me without an appointment. He carried out the test and calmly reassured me about the results, explaining what they mean and laying out a way forward. I recommend them without hesitation

Riddhi was welcoming and explained everything to me in a clear and straightforward way. She answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease.
An excellent service that I would recommend to others.

Great place for a great hearing aid.

First class service, they listened to my situation, and followed it with extensive tests. All actions and results were carefully explained by an assistant called Riddhi, she was first class. Bought a very good aid, that is working brilliant. Recommend all people go there. Superb job, and thank you Riddhi.

From start to finish this was…

From start to finish this was brilliant.
I had the first test then 2 days later the main test & Kamran was a really great person who made me feel at ease & fitted me with my new hearing aids, it couldn’t have been any better.

Excellent, caring service.

I was seen by Riddhi Hansraj who constantly reassured me throughout the process as I was extremely worried about how using hearing aids would be. Very thorough explanation and care at each appointment.

I am now confident in using them and feel so much better for having them. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Highly recommended

I had hearing appointment today with Riddhi at Boots in Derby. For anyone wanting hearing advice I totally recommend making an appointment with her as she is absolutely lovely with such a pleasant and caring personality. I was impressed with how thorough she was at explaining about the different hearing aids and was not pushy in any way which I found extremely helpful.
Well done Boots for employing a member of staff who offers excellent customer service and as such someone that I would have no hesitation in recommending. If I could score I would give her 11 out of 10. MANY THANKS RIDDHI.

Boots Hearing Aids

The lady I dealt with (Rhiddi) was very helpful and although it took a few visits to get my hearing aids right, she was very patient and helpful.
One of the in ear aids is very secure, the other one not quite so good, but I think we got to the best fit for me eventually.

I had my hearing test in Derby

I had my hearing test in Derby, the lady I saw was called Riddhi Hansraj, she was really nice, I never felt pressured with any decision I had to make, she was brilliant.
The reason I cancelled was for financial reasons not because I was unhappy with the hearing aids themselves or the aftercare.
If my circumstances change I will definitely be in touch with Boots in the future.
