Efficiency personified

The first class equipment and a trustworthy operator gave a feeling that the expense will be worth it.
Explanations at every stage of the tests gave confidence.
Only 2 days wait for the hearing aids was very good.

First class service at Boots Hearingcare Cheltenham…

Haden at Boots Hearingcare Cheltenham gave me a first class service and he explained everything I needed to know. I am very happy with my hearing aids which will improve my quality of life. The after sales help given is much appreciated and I would certainly recommend anyone to contact him if they need help with their hearing.

Rude and disinterested. Avoid.

I had an appointment at 3:45 today with the Cheltenham Boots audiologist, Mike Crawley.

From the outset, Mr Crawley was condescending and rude. He was unobservant and disinterested, to the point that I decided to terminate the consultation. I'm not interested in having someone with such a poor attitude take care of my hearing health.

This kind of "service" is simply not good enough and not what I've come to expect from the usually competent and friendly Boots staff.

I'd highly recommend NOT using this service!

Met Mike Crawley

Met Mike Crawley, who explained everything very clearly, showing how bad my hearing actually is, despite the tinnitus. He showed how this could be improved and managed over time, improving hearing quality substantially.
