Fantastic service

I've just completed my final consultation after buying hearing aids. Overall a very professional and personal service. Quassim, the audiologist, was extremely helpful and well-informed. I'm highly delighted.

Rapid, courteous service even though I was 25 minutes late for my appointment due to very adverse traffic conditions. Options well explained and accepted by me.

Very friendly and empathic staff

Very friendly and empathic staff. I didn't want to admit that I needed to use hearing aids, and I am still worried about it due to some stupid stigma that I have placed on myself, but everything was explained perfectly. I settled for discreet in ear units and look forward to the improvement they will bring.

Wonderful service!

The audiologist was very professional and made me feel at ease. She went into depth about the tests and results. The hearing aid fitting was easy with her guidance and help.
