A very good experience
I saw a young lady who’s name was Victoria. She was so welcoming, friendly and very, very thorough. She explained everything she was doing while testing my ears and was happy to answer all my questions (which there were many). This young lady is an asset to your company and I hope you hold on to her for the future of your hearing care department.

Brilliant service …
The audiologist was absolutely charming. He took the time to explain everything about the test to me and also delivered the results clearly and concisely. I didn't have to wait around to have my test either but was seen promptly with no fuss.

Great Full Hearing Test Session
Very friendly, relaxed full hearing test appointment. Thorough and fully explained set of tests including how the results are used going forward.

Outstanding audiologist sevice
I ordered new hearing aids with Fatima Yesmin at the Bromley branch, but they had not arrived in time for my fitting appointment due to postal and courier delays. Fatima kept me informed with her progress in chasing up delivery of my order, and when they finally arrived, she squeezed my fitting in between her already full appointment schedule. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout and was determined to do her very best to overcome the delivery delays which were clearly not within her direct control. I am delighted with the way she managed the situation and richly deserves the 5 stars I am awarding her. Thank you very much!!
