Your audiologist, Owen, was excellent and very professional and I actually ordered the Phonax Lumity 70. However when I phoned to cancel my appointment with Specsavers, I discovered that they offer the same deal for £700 less. That is frankly ridiculous so I’m afraid I cancelled my order.
