Absolutely loved the tour and our lovely and experienced guide Syed 🥰 it was a long day but everything went smoothly. We got picked up from the hotel at 6, flew to Cairo where Syed was waiting at the airport. A group of 10 got into a minibus and Syed told us the sights, history and modern times of Cairo and Egypt while we drove to the river Nile. After boat ride on the river (optional with additional fee, our group decided to go) we went to the pyramids, then lunch in a lovely restaurant and then the GEM where you could choose to go around by yourself or have a tour by Syed. At 6 pm we headed back to airport and were back at the hotel around 11 pm. There was lots of time to take pictures in all the locations and experience the sights with your own time. This really was a trip worth taking.

Laila was a brilliant tour guide, she had loads of knowledge and is very personable.
Had a great time seeing the ancient sites in Luxor, highly recommend.

Abbiamo visitato il Cairo e le piramidi, esperienza fantastica, organizzazione impeccabile, puntuali guida in italiano che ci ha spiegato la storia in modo dettagliato e aggiungo super simpatico.
Siamo stati a pranzo in un ristorante con vista piramidi bellissimo, cibo molto buono.
Prezzo direi ottimo, super consigliato.

The English speaking guide was amazing in both the museum and pyramids, he was fun, knew all his stuff. I had a great day with lots of interesting other English people. The cruise was an added bonus .
The journey was no where as bad as some of the the reviews i had read. You get picked up in a small bus. All taken to a meeting point where all the big buses are and then told which one to get on. I Slept all the way. We had a couple of pee breaks.
Was a little warm as I’d heard it was cold so dressed for a cool bus . 😂
We had a Mac Donald’s on the way home. So sorted. Highly recommend a cheap way to see Cairo and the pyramids of Giza

I booked this trip as a gift to my fiancèe and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Times feel tight for so much you can get to see but considering travel from Hurghada is also organized by the agency I can say the whole coordination is flawless. Beautifully conducted by the guide Fahmy we get to see in one day the Giza Pyramids, The Sphyx and the GEM allowing plenty of time for photos with refreshments included. Definitely a lifetime experience.

Felejthetetlen élménnyel gazdagodtunk az utunk során. Habár kezdetben bizonytalanok voltunk, hogy vajon rendben fognak-e menni majd a dolgok, végül minden a terv szerint haladt. A kérdéseinkre gyorsan választ kaptunk és jól megszervezett, nagyszerű programokra volt lehetőség. Csak ajánlani tudjuk!

It was a wonderful family Trip to Cairo (2 adults 3 Children (14/11/6 years) . Perfectly organized we felt always safe and relaxed. We had enough time for everything and our guide Adam was just GREAT !!!! Thank you Adam for this unforgettable Day!
He gave us the best tour and didn’t “sold” or lead us to tourists traps , which made him very confident.
Everyone of us 5 catched great memories and we are thankful for this amazing experience.

Noi abbiamo fatto 2 escursioni, Luxor e Cairo da Hurghada, ci siamo trovati sempre bene con le guide e con l’agenzia.

A very unprofessional company. I booked a two-day trip from Hurghada to Cairo. The communication was suspicious, conducted via WhatsApp, although they did respond when I contacted them. I booked the trip two months in advance, and they charged a €100 deposit, which was paid easily and without any issues.

As I had not heard from them, I chose to contact the company three days before the trip was due to take place. It then became apparent that I had to communicate with several different people, and each time I almost had to start from scratch by explaining how many people we were, their ages, etc., despite the fact that we had a booking.

In any case, they were unable to provide any information about my trip until the actual day. I became suspicious, but there was nothing else to do but wait.

The day of the trip arrived, and I still had not heard anything. Once again, I chose to write to and call them, and after several attempts I was informed that the pick-up would take place at 00:30. I sent them my location and waited for the pick-up.

00:30 came and went with no contact, and at 00:45 I called and wrote again, but received no response. I continued calling and writing until 02:45, at which point I gave up and went to bed. After all, we were travelling with a five-year-old child and two elderly people aged 75.

The following day, the company wrote back claiming that I had breached the agreement and failed to show up. I replied that we had not been picked up and that I demanded a refund of my deposit. They responded by saying that the driver had been waiting at the reception for 15 minutes. However, there was one problem: I was staying in my own apartment, not in a hotel.

Shortly afterwards, the owner called and was very upset about the situation and apologised repeatedly. He promised to refund the money. So now we will see.

Schwimmen mit Delphinen, Privater Ausflug zum Ras Mohammed ( schnorcheln) und 2 TG mit dem Boot ⛵🌊🤿

Alles hat super zuverlässig geklappt und die Fahrer waren extrem freundlich ( einer wollte uns sogar zu sich Nachhause einladen und uns seine Familie vorstellen ❤️ dass ist ägyptische Freundschaft 🫶🏼)

Mein Highlight auf dem Sinai war das schnorcheln im Ras Mohammed Nationalpark ( old Marina) so viele Napoleons habe ich nie wieder auf einmal gesehen 🥲

Wir haben auch für unseren nächsten Urlaub im Januar wieder einen Transfer mit BTE gebucht und freuen uns schon jetzt wieder auf die Gastfreundschaft 🇪🇬

Vor diesem Anbieter kann ich nur warnen! Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen oder nur im Absatz bestätigen.
Zwei Reisen habe ich über Book-Tour-Egypt gebucht und ich kann nur über die erste berichten, da die zweite gar nicht stattgefunden hat. Obwohl ich zur vereinbarten Zeit vor dem Hotel gewartet habe wurde ich nicht abgeholt. Stattdessen teilte man mir über WhatsApp mit, dass der Fahrer und der Organisator der Tour nicht erreichbar seien und ich mich wieder ins Bett legen soll.
Daher hier nur meine Bewertung zur ersten Reise.
Gebucht war eine 2-Tage-Reise zu den Pyramiden von Kairo, inklusive Besuche vom neuen Grand Egypt Museum, der Altstadt, eines Bazars und einer Moschee. Am Vortag wurde ich um 20.10 Uhr darüber informiert, dass ich um 1 Uhr nachts abgeholt werde. Also in weniger als 5 Stunden. Und das, obwohl ich im Vorfeld mehrmals darum gebeten habe, dass man mir die Abholzeit mitteilen soll. Pünktlich wurde ich am Hotel abgeholt und nach 8 Stunden Fahrt erreichten wir Kairo, wo dann der Guide zu uns gestoßen ist. Nachdem er uns den Ablauf der Tagestour erklärt und von einer abendlichen Rückfahrt gesprochen hat, sagte ich ihm, dass ich eine Tour mit Übernachtung gebucht habe. Davon wusste er nichts. Wir fahren die Ziele der Tagestour ab und irgendwann sagte er mit, dass er mich in einem Hotel eingebucht hat und dass mir am kommenden Tag ein anderer Guide die Stadt Kairo wie gebucht zeigen wird. Dies war dann auch so. Der Guide war pünktlich da, alle gewünschten Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden abgefahren und abends wurde ich mit anderen Gästen zurück ins Hotel gefahren. Im Nachhinein war es ein guter Ausflug aber die Unsicherheit am ersten Tag, ob die Übernachtung und auch der zweite Tag wie gebucht stattfinden kann, haben die Urlaubsfreude erheblich getrübt.
Fazit: Die Guides Vorort waren gut und haben einen guten Job gemacht aber die Organisation ist eine Katastrophe. Zudem steht nicht fest, ob eine gebuchte Reise stattfinden wird.

Visitare il GEM, le piramidi e la Sfinge è stato semplicemente indimenticabile!
La nostra guida Sharif è stata straordinaria: preparatissima, appassionata e di una simpatia contagiosa, ha reso ogni momento davvero speciale. Un grazie di cuore anche al nostro autista, sempre gentile e impeccabile, che ci ha accompagnato ovunque con grande professionalità.

We booked a tour to the pyramids through Book Tour Egypt. Great communication from the start. Really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide Fahmy was really good. We stopped for a trip on the Nile, museum lunch and then the pyramids so we could get photos of the Sphinx at sunset. Long day, but so worth it. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Le 6 novembre dernier j'ai réservé par WhatsApp une excursion d'une journée pour visiter le monastère de Sainte-Catherine pour le 15 décembre. je contacte aujourd'hui le 11 décembre la société pour m'assurer que ma réservation est bien prise en compte. Il me disent qu'ils n'ont des disponibilités que pour samedi 13 décembre le jour de notre arrivée en Égypte et me demande les noms de tous les participants. informations que je leur ai fournies le 6 novembre! depuis je leur demande où est passée votre réservation: plus aucune réponse, silence total. Société à fuir pas sérieuse du tout ne partez pas par cette agence de voyage pour ne pas gâcher vos vacances il me faut à deux jours de mon voyage trouver une nouvelle société sérieuse qui nous fera visiter Sainte-Catherine

Finger weg von diesem Portal! Betrüger! Wir wollten eine Tour von Sharm El Sheik zum Katharinen Kloster buchen. Feste Zusage bekommen. Am Vorabend hieß es: Tour verschoben auf 2 Tage später. Nun gut…Schriftlich bestätigen lassen, das die Tour tatsächlich dann stattfindet. Wieder erst am Vorabend des neues Termins: Tour wird wieder verschoben! Nicht mehr möglich für uns da wir abreisen (das war auch bekannt). Dann wurde gelogen „das Kloster habe morgen geschlossen“, dann wurde uns plötzlich angeboten, doch den Termin wahrzunehmen - wenn wir + 200€ bezahlen .. alles in allem Betrug und Abzocke! Finger weg!!

Absolut zuverlässig und vertrauenswürdig. Immer pünktlich und freundlich. Unser Guide Ahmet führte uns gestern durch Kairo. Er spricht perfektes Deutsch und konnte alles bestens und unterhaltsam erklären. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung

Znakomity organizator. Zawsze w Egipcie korzystam z ich usług - super ceny, dobry kontakt podczas każdej wycieczki. Wszystkie szczegóły można ustalić przez WhatsApp, nie ma niemiłych niespodzianek. Szczególnie dobrze wspominam wycieczki do Kairu oraz rejsy połączone że snukrowaniem.
