However, after fully engaging with their services and speaking to a career advisor, I'm finding my time, effort and money has definitely been worth the investment so far. Knocking a star off for some customer service woes.

I didn't find their service to provide any extra benefit in being connected with executive recruiters. They are almost impossible to get a hold of and once you subscribe you will be annually billed until you call your credit card company and dispute the charge and block them from billing you any further....

I find the resume review service from BlueSteps very helpful. My coach give me many good advice to make my resume stand out. I see big difference before and after, and now I feel more confident to apply for executive jobs.

It was general. I am looking at the title and I can see that become a thought leader in Linked in was part of the key message. Perhaps I thought it was going to focus specifically on recruiters vs general thought leader communication for brand enhancement. Recruiting has gotten way more technical and therefore, I was looking for content strategies to break through and target specifically recruiters vs broad communications strategy through linked IN.

Paid for lifetime service $299 couple years ago. Now they said my subscription expired and asked to update update my credit card on file to login again. when I did that, I saw that they have charged $99 on my card without any explanation.

I'm contacted CC company to stop this fraud payment.

Their services are totally useless. All their free recorded videos and seminars are some form of advertising for other placement and resume writing companies.

Attending the BlueSteps networking event. The interview Lab was really eye-opening for me. I only wish it could have been longer! But he chance to meet peers from around the globe was truly invaluable. Like me, many of us had come from backgrounds where we have seldom had to interview, so the insights from Simeon Wong and other attendees were enlightening. Hats off to BlueSteps for putting together such a meaningful event, i am looking forward to the next one.

I've tried reaching their support by email and phone for more than a month and still no response. I paid for a full subscription (which is not cheap by the way) and yet, they don't call or reply back to my emails to answer a simple question: My email address has changed and I want to move my account to a new email address. But, no response. Very frustrating. Should i complain to BBB, CFPB, other? Evidently, I'm not alone as other reviewers have similar issue.

The webinars by BlueSteps are not to be missed! I have been so impressed by the quality of search consultants who have led the sessions I have attended so far. As far as i am concerned, connecting with search consultants from these events is a huge advantage, and so far they have been kind enough to add me back to their networks. It's been great going back and watching past webinars and taking note of the search consultants and career advisors who host those as well.

Paid for lifetime membership, did not receive the service, did not get the refund, no response to solve the problem in over 3 month! Avoid BLUESTEPS its a scam and ripoff!

My experience with Bluesteps has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Don Orlando. His patience, expertise, and dedication to my career goals surpassed my expectations. A big thank you to Don for his outstanding guidance.

There are alot of services like BlueSteps on thr market but I found my investment (and these investments are not cheap, unfortunately), has had the most bang for my buck with Bluesteps. As far as the executive job market goes, they were right on the money. So many other places offer much more junior advice and oppurtunities. A big thank you to the whole team at BlueSteps.

I purchased Lifetime BlueSteps Membership with Career-long Premium Services. After just a couple of years, BlueSteps now says the subscription does not exist and I have to pay again. Months have gone by and they just keep stalling by talking about ongoing reviews, and don't re-activate the account. Where can I file a complaint - are they scamming people?
