I made an enquiry over the last bank holiday. Was responded to within an hour. Just had my cat flap installed. Friendly reliable company, happy to give them my business and a great review.

I have recently reconfigured my loft conversation which require 4 velux windows. Nathan is very knowledgeable and I got just what I required. They were very respectful and clean and tied workmen. I can highly recommend Blue Star Developments and Nathan in particular.

Very personable service and communication. Nathan measured up and returned to fit our catflap just over a week later. Was a bit later than arranged on the day but called to apologise. Completed the job really quickly and efficiently and even fixed the sticky patio door as a favour while he was at it which was very generous.

I enquired about having a cat flap fitted into a glass back door on a bank holiday Sunday expecting a couple of days for a response. Sophie got back to me almost immediately and Nathan had fitted the cat flap by the Thursday! Super fast service and I am so happy with the results!

After ringing around numerous companies only to be told they didn't repair Velux windows. This was the only firm to come out and reseal all 4 for a very competitive price. From Sophie in the office to Nathan and Jo, service engineers. I found them informative and professional.

was rather late but kept us informed. Very neat job of installing the cat flap into the front door. Now just got to train the cat how to use it.

Nathan and Joanne came last Friday to do two replacement velux glass in my loft windows. I have had had trouble getting these replaced and have had a previous installer refuse to do it. I was thinking that there would be a problem...I got the Blue star number via google, so wasn't holding out much hope. How wrong was I was. Firstly the call centre kept in touch with updates, then on the install day Nathan called to give me an ETA (always appreciated). It was such a hot day, I wouldn't have like to be working up in the loft in that heat. They were so cheerful and friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The price was £100 cheaper than the previous guy who refused the work. Nathan and Joanne, thank you for a job well done at a good price - Much appreciated, I am delighted and would recommend you 100%

Really really lovely people! Communication was brilliant throughout and we’re so pleased with the work that Blue Star did replacing some broken velux blinds for us. They were so helpful and worked so fast and all during the hottest day of the year too. Would definitely recommend!

Bluestar developments recently replaced the glass in my 30+yrd velux windows. Nathan who came out was polite, professional and I found him to be very trustworthy. Im very happy with the window replacements. They also came out on a Saturday to repair the same velux windows which my roofer had broken. I recommend Nathan and Bluestar highly and wouldn't use anyone else.

What a waste of time! after arranging an appointment with Blue Star, They never showed up! Then after I contacted them asking "where are you"?, they rearranged and again never showed up. then the day after the appointment I receive a call telling me they would be with me in an hour. This company is a joke! If you have nothing to do with your life and want to be spoken to as if you're an idiot this is the company for you, if not find someone else.

"if you don’t ever have anything nice to say then it’s best to say nothing at all". lol just what a company like yours hopes for.

Had cat flap fitted with new glass door . These guys were great value , great communication throughout , quickest fitting time out over the others that actually got back to me , friendly fitters and Sophie in the office was especially helpful . Would highly recommend .

Nathan is very knowledge about velux skylights. He quoted a fair price. His friendly team arrived on time and did a great job. I would thougherly recommend his company.

We have had 2 Velux Windows fitted today by 2 very polite gentlemen. I would recommend this company 100% they cleared away all debris and took it away afterwards. We are very pleased with the good job they have done.

We had a new velux roof light fitted as a first time installation.
Nathan advised me on the best type of window for our roof and I found him to be very knowledgeable in general regarding my roof set up.
Sophie in sales was also very helpful in organising a convenient time/date for installation working around the weather and my shifts.
Paul and Sam did the installation and found them to be polite and very hard working and arrived early to get started.
I found the cost to be competitive and in line with what I was willing to pay.
The window has been in for nearly 3 weeks so far with a good mix of rain/hail and sunshine and seems to be fine.
