Fantastic workmanship fitting 2 velux windows. Great communication with Nate and the team, who went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed perfectly for a reasonable price. Even fitted them to ensure a plasterer was not needed. Honestly a fantastic company that I would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Blue Star Developments regarding a problem with a velux window, I was contacted by Nate who requested Photographs which I provided. I held my breath waiting for a quote ( these things are surely never cheap?) To my amazement Nate identified the problem and gave me the information required to do the fix myself. This is so refreshing these days to find a company that aren't about ripping people off. Thank you Nate, I wish you all the success in the world...and your company will be the first one I ring in the future if the need arises.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Nate actually didn’t do a job for me. He told me how to do it myself and didn’t charge me for his time or advice. I’m definitely using him for the next time I need help. He is clearly extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond on customer service. Thank you so much.

They were really helpful from the start. Quick to reply to the enquiry. Fixed my KeyLite window leaks in a couple of hours and had no problems since. Left the place tidy and offered guarantees on the work. What more can I say! Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to my neighbours.

This firm are brilliant! My initial enquiry was dealt with within ten minutes. I was given lots of information about what the job entailed and an excellent price. The workmen arrived ten minutes before the earliest estimated time and were very polite and efficient. They did a super job and cleaned up afterwards. It was very easy to communicate with Sophie as she was lovely and made the process of getting a cat flap installed quick and painless, and for the best price in the area too! The engineers were also very helpful, kind, and were in and out in less than half an hour.

We asked these guys to fit a cat flap into a glass panel for our Velfac windows.

Whilst they can fit to most windows, Velfac is one of the ones they can’t fit to. However, they tried their very best to help and made the glass panel for us with the cat flap fitted in to for us to get Velfac approved fitters to swap out. They made it quickly, delivered it within a 2 hour time window and were super helpful with quick responses to questions I had along the way. The quality was excellent and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
