Booked 2 Fridays off and let down both times by noone turning up. It was supposed to be a 90 pound call out if I didn't go ahead with the work but I don't get compensated for losing money to sit in twice and no one comes. Would not recommend this company at all.

Amazing job. Only took a week from taking measurements to getting fitted. The guys were lovely, super fast at fitting the glass and also a little bonus of fixing my sticking door! Definitely recommend!

I've had the dog flap that was arranged and installed a while now. I had wanted a set up but hadn't been able to supply a flap myself and arrange some work that would be required in order to install the flap where I wanted it. They professioally came up with a solution no one else had, arranged parts and materials including windows and UPVC pannels and installed the flap to excellent standards, it looked really smart and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and easy to deal with. I have recommended them to a few people now.

We’ve never had a cat and all of a sudden have a senior fur baby, from the moment I contacted BlueStar, the communication was clear and made everything very straightforward. The fitting was arranged within 8 days and a time slot given. Nathan and his partner let me know 45mins before they’d arrive and pulled in where I’d suggested right on time. When I told him we’d never had a cat before, he set the flap up for us to work with the microchip, demonstrated how it worked and the different settings. The fitting was quick, no fuss and they swept up after. Nathan even took a look at the door for us and recommended something for our windows. Payment was easy through BACS with the given bank details and exactly what I expected for a cat flap as I researched it. Great experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend and use this firm again.

Poor communication between office and engineer. Delayed fitting due to several reasons. Arrived late for fitting and demanded money to be paid whilst they were there, no invoice given, only a scrap paper of bank details. Once payment provided, communication cut off.

A couple of years ago we had a dog flap fitted in our patio door by Nathan. It has been just what we’ve needed for our two labradors!
For some reason or another, the window had slipped and the beading has got trapped with the window. Nathan and Luke came out to fix it and has made it as good as new again for us!
Whenever I’ve needed anything throughout, they have responded very quickly and acted quickly too. I can’t recommend Blue Star Developments and Nathan enough!!

Needed a dog flap fitting urgently, they were able fit us in within a couple of days of contacting them. We were unable to find anyone in the north wales area, very thankful they travelled for this job. Once the dog flap was fitted we needed a minor adjustment, after informing them they were back with us within a day. Sophie in the office was brilliant, always quick to reply and answer any queries we had. Great service from the whole team, would highly recommend!

Had my velux window serviced and resealed due to a leak. Quick, clean job - window is as good as new.

I'd been quoted by another roofer who insisted replacing the whole thing was the way to go but was assured this was not needed. Nathan is very knowledgeable on best practices for Velux windows and offered some great advice on maintenance and what to consider if upgrading to motorised or replacing.

The cat flap was installed in under 20 minutes, and I'm extremely pleased with the speedy and efficient service.
