I contacted this company to complete work on my home and received excellent support and advice throughout. Communication and customer service were consistent while I was deciding on my requirements.

On the day the work commenced, I was notified within an hour of arrival, which suited my busy schedule. The work was completed promptly, and the area was thoroughly cleaned afterward.

I am very satisfied with the service provided. Their expertise was evident, as they clearly explained each stage of the work and the reasons behind it.

This firm are brilliant! My initial enquiry was dealt with within ten minutes. I was given lots of information about what the job entailed and an excellent price. The workmen arrived ten minutes before the earliest estimated time and were very polite and efficient. They did a super job and cleaned up afterwards. We asked these guys to fit a cat flap into a glass panel for our Velfac windows.

Whilst they can fit to most windows, Velfac is one of the ones they can’t fit to. However, they tried their very best to help and made the glass panel for us with the cat flap fitted in to for us to get Velfac approved fitters to swap out. They made it quickly, delivered it within a 2 hour time window and were super helpful with quick responses to questions I had along the way. The quality was excellent and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Fab service right from the first point of contact. Reached out to these guys about installing a cat flap and was promptly replied to. They quickly came out to measure up and a week later the new window and cat flap was installed. So pleased with it! They left no mess and it was installed in 20 minutes! The cat flap provided is easy to work and registering the chip on my cats was fuss free. I highly recommend this business!!
