5 stars is no where near a good enough reflection of both the product and service provided bluespark go way above this in all areas
i contacted them before buying product to be certain i was buying the correct product and was given excellent informative information
purchased the product and it arrived the following day with regular updates
when trying to fit the kit i couldnt find 1 of the sensors(hidden behind the bumper)contacted for information and again was given excellent helpfull information and even stayed on the phone while i went to my car to be certain i was looking at the correct sensor
after an hour trying to get the sensor plug disconnected (and several cuts on my arms)i contacted and asked if they would be willing to fit the kit for me they booked me in for thefollowing day and also informed me would be fit free of charge as part of the service
got there and was fitted in 30 min and was on my way home
the product is excellent can instantly feel the change in torque and power feels like a ferrari(lol) cant comment on fuel efficiency as havent had a full tank test but highly delighted
anyone reading this considering getting a similar product would be a fool to look elsewhere

Firstly the ordering process from start to arrival was impeccable. Same day dispatch and updates along the way. I did speak to customer service also prior to ordering again fantastic service. The kit is very comprehensive but also simple. The actual tunning module is very well engineered and looks very durable, no cheap plastics at all. Once fitted I let the car warm up and took it for a spin. Started slowly to let the unit and ecu align. Once the car was up to temp I tested it out. Now I wasn't expecting much as we are talking a 1.2 Mini turbo and the published gain was + 18bhp. However with the additional HP and Torque wow what a difference. Most noticeable in the mid range which is I guess where you need it. Very happy and at the current discounted price very affordable. There are so many of these devices on the market, most of which do nothing, but this one does!! 28 day return window if you are skeptical, try it. You won't go wrong 👍

Had a BlueSpark tuning box for my Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 SE for over a year now and the performance gains have been noticeable through the entire rev range, would definitely recommend if you want a more enjoyable driving experience. I'm far from a mechanic and I was able to fit it very easily, plug and play! Being able to control it through the Bluetooth app is brilliant, being able to adjust the profile from the drivers seat makes it feel very futuristic and integrated.
Service from the company has been fantastic too, I'm now changing my car and they're able to recalibrate the box for my new vehicle remotely, through the app doing an update to its software, for a fee obviously, but it's going to mean I can keep the box and use it on any vehicle moving forward! They've even been good enough to advise me on alternatives when I was thinking about an old vehicle without a turbo that the box wouldn't make a difference to, willing to direct me towards competitors, showing genuine desire to help the client! Hense why I'm now writing this, genuinely surprised by how helpful and decent they've been!

Great service and products. I bought a blue spark tuning box for my Volvo XC60 B4 AWD. The service provided was knowledgeable and first class. I had difficulty locating the boost sensor connection. As I live nearby, they suggested I called in, and they fitted the unit for me. Now I know where everything goes, it’s a doddle to remove and re-install should I need to.
The tuning box has transformed the driving experience of my car, especially when towing, and my fuel economy has improved.
I wasn’t looking for sports car performance, but the increase in low and mid range torque gives the car a much more spirited feel.
I was a little concerned about how it might affect my insurance, but the annual increase to my policy was only £18, including the £12 admin fee (With Admiral).

Wow!! and Wow!! I fitted the box this past weekend with its standard settings and now my Vauxhall CDti 2.0 drives like a dream. More torque and the response is amazing. MPG has greatly improved!! Thank you BlueSpark for such an amazing product.

The product and the after sales support these lads provide is absolutely amazing. I bought the Pro+ boost diesel turbo tuning module with Bluetooth and fitted it to my car using the comprehensive instructions supplied. But when I started the car the engine management light came on my dash. I went through all the trouble shooting procedures on the sheet but nothing changed. I contacted the guys via email and because I lived only minutes away from their workshop they told me to call in. They checked through all the fitting of the unit I had done and found nothing wrong but had determined that the unit had a fault and replaced it and everything is working perfectly. The boost and the mpg improvements which this unit gives is marvellous. And again the after sales support was fantastic. Thanks.

Bought the Pro tuning box for a performance car and so love the power gains of the E9 map setting in particular.

Shame that you have to manually go into the box to change default setting for your choice though and can't do that via the app as on every cold start it defaults back to C6 setting on the app. Hopefully we'll see that handy option in a future incarnation.

By the way, the customer service phone chat is top notch also.

A week ago I decided to upgrade my 2011 E class Mercedes with a blue spark product..
and was suprised at the change in power output most noticeably is the increase in engine torque. If the 30%
increase in power is true. the car has gone from 170 BHP. to over 220 bhp. As a retired mechanic I have to say Im impressed ..would recommend 5 stars ..

Bought a Bluespark Pro + Boost from Bluespark but got some problems while fitting in my Civic FK3 1.6 diesel. I headed to their office and they cleared those issues just professional!
About the tuning box, it does really well. Significant improves the driving quality and the fuel consumption from 60mpg to 70mpg!
Regarding the experience it would not be gone wrong with Bluespark!

I bought the tuning box online and duly fitted it, but the box wouldn’t communicate with my phone. I called them up and straight away, they sent out a replacement without issue and problem sorted.

Their customer service is superb and you talk to real people, not a Chat Bot.

I can highly recommend these guys.

By far the best tuning company around. I've had 3 CR TECHS now for different vehicles I've had and each one was top notch, the mpg has slightly increased and the torque low down is astonishing on my 1.5tdci EcoSport. I highly recommend these guys.

Had my transit custom 2.2 de-restricted and also a tuning module fitted to improve all round drivability, from initial enquiry and during the process the service and staff were so helpful and informative whilst advising the best setup package for my required needs.

I recently had another tuning box from Bluespark, this time they did not a have a Map written for my AMG C43 V6. I took a lovely trip up to there workshop where they provided me with a loan car. (Fiat 500 Abarth) There my car was placed on a Rolling road and dyno tuned to create bespoke map for the engine. All I can say is I was blown away by the entire team, Gary, Hannah & Edd were just brilliant. Due to the long journey they even suggested places for me and my wife to stay (Durham with a visit to Seaham) If you are looking for a 100% honest company to get your tuning box look no further, I gained 50BHP and a perfect linear line throughout the power band, totally transformed a brilliant engine to an even better one and increased MPG. So a massive thanks to all the team and look forward to seeing you again in the future (I cant wait to come up again)
