Blue Air Arvostelua 

La compagnie aérienne a annulé mon vol retour. Du coup je me vois contraint d'annuler les vols aller n'ayant pas d'autre solution.
On me dit d'initier une demande de remboursement. Ce que je fais.
Quand je recontacte le service clients pour connaitre la date du remboursement, on vous fait comprendre que ça va durer longtemps. Bref mon argent est chez BlueAir et la prestation est partie aux oubliettes.
C'est inadmissible.

Il volo prenotato risultava previsto fino alla sera prima, arrivati all'aeroporto scopriamo che il volo è stato cancellato. Impossibile accedere al rimborso. Una truffa in tutto e per tutto. State alla larga da questi truffatori.

Expérience terrifiante vécue le 3 octobre fin de journée au bureau de cekin avec une employée malpolie et malveillante...qui emploie la peur et la culpabilité surtout quand vous êtes une femme seule et plus âgée. Cette attitude rappele l'époque communiste.
Du harcèlement dans le sens propre du terme.
Comment cette companie peut engager du tel personnel ?

Ho acquistato un viaggio andata e ritorno Catania Milano e dopo pochi giorni la società mi ha comunicato dapprima la sospensione e poi la cancellazione del volo. Già di per sé è una circostanza che non denota bene per una società aerea che si appresta a riempire i vuoti del traffico aereo italiano ma siccome al peggio non c'è mai fine ho cercato di aver il rimborso del biglietto come caldamente suggerito dalla mail di cancellazione della stessa società. Li ho avuto grandi difficoltà vuoi per un farraginoso sistema automatico di presentazione delle domande di rimborso vuoi perché ogni tentativo di avere contatti diretti con la.societa aerea si sono scontrate con asettiche e odiose prwimpostazioni automatiche. In sostanza richiesta in pendenza e nessuna possibilità di avere una data certa del rimborso. Concludendo non acquistate biglietti con questa società e se proprio dovere farlo non usate la carta di credito perché il sistema Blue air non consente la restituzione delle somme che, indebitamente, ha introitato!

Primo e ultimo con blue air, molto scortesi, dall'addetta al gate fino a quella che riceve al portellone. Risposte a email inesistenti.

Non-existent customer service. The airline - Blueair managed to send my luggage to a different country and it's been a total pain to deal with them. To this day the company haven't acknowledged the baggage complaint or got back in touch.

Well , as many others paid tickets for flights which have been cancelled by airline due to pandemic, then they invented that mockery called "blue air wallet" , then agreed to refund yet ONLY USING A SPECIAL FORM which...wasn't available anywhere ...so after 2 years , they still hold the money, deleted my user account and don't even bother to communicate . The last webiste advice links to a 404 error page saying " The page needs a holiday , gone to the beach !" Funny , yes .

Worst airline
I’ve been waiting since April 2021 to get a refund for flights they cancelled. There’s basically no customer service, no one answers the phone, or replies to emails or messages on social media. I would never book tickets with them again

Am 17.12.2019 habe ich mehrere Flüge gebucht, unteranderen einen bei Blue Air. Im März 2020 wurde der Flug storniert und seitdem versuche ich mein Geld wiederzubekommen. Im Juli 2021 wurde mir eine Instruktion gegeben wie ich das Geld zurück bekommen kann. Diese war wie folgt:
1. Den Voucher akzeptieren.
2. Warten bis das Geld auf dem Wallet drauf ist.
3. Das Geld von dem Waller auf mein Bankkonto auszahlen lassen.

Leider kann man den 3. Schritt nicht ausführen, da es gar keine Funktion zum Auszahlen gibt.

Seitdem habe ich mehrfach versucht Blue Air zu kontaktieren, jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten.

Never refunding the money
Bought two tickets for a roundtrip Copenhagen - Bucharest for 15 june 2021, one of the flights got cancelled, applied to receive the money back and until this day 7 september 2021, the money wasn't refunded. And cancelling flights for them is very common, so a lot of customers got the same issue.
Never travelling with BlueAir again!

Semplicemente, i primi di agosto, volo per ottobre cancellato dalla compagnia di sola andata per bucarest e ancora NESSUN RIMBORSO E NESSUNA RISPOSTA !!!!

In Copenhagen, flying to Bucharest, at check-in they asked us if we also want to check-in the handbags. This service we get it very often from many other companies, sometimes we even receive an sms if we want to check-in the handbags few hours before departure.
In Bucharest Airport we asked if we can also check in our handbags, even more as we are travelling with two active toddlers. They refused, saying the Captain does not allow it. I was surprised of the answer so I have asked the captain before leaving the plane. As expected it was a lie, I do not understand why staff at check-in in Bucharest are lying to their customers.
I am actually pleased with the rest of the services provided by the company.

Evitare linguaggio offensivo, giustissimo ma Blue air se lo meriterebbe. Bagagli a mano a pagamento, evitate se potete perché siamo al limite della truffa

A totally disappointing experience.Had been waiting for almost an hour on the runway for some passengers to arrive.
Apparently they had screwed some previous flight with overbooking. A total mess.

Pessima compagnia, da evitare!!!
Mi hanno cancellato i voli, per il rimborso bisogna fare procedura dal sito ma mi dice che non è previsto rimborso per questo volo, dal call center una registrazione dice di richiedere il rimborso dal sito.
Definirli DISONESTI è dir poco!!!

Scusate, qualcuno è riuscito a farsi rimborsare un volo cancellato da questi lestofanti? L'ENAC dorme e permette la reiterazione di queste truffe?

Abbiamo dato più di un’occasione a questa compagnia aerea: tutte le volte ci ha deluso!
All’ultima occasione ci hanno spostato il volo due volte. Una volta confermata una data al check in ci hanno comunicato che non eravamo segnati sul volo.

Worst company ever, I have a refund claim since December last year and nobody ever replied,after 6 months their answer was: Due to Corona, after another 3 months(9 months in total) still no answer, still waiting.
Got new tickets and wanted to clarify about the COVID traveling conditions, no customer support, nobody replies on email or chats.
Just avoid it!!!!

We have called..emailed..wrote on the messenger chat just to find out if my 17 year old boy can travell alone but total silence..Booked with Wizzair in the end..Well done Blueair again..you are topping all the charts again.

Sono terribilmente disgustata da ciò che offre la compagnia blue air, è da giorni che sto cercando di mettermi in contatto con qualche operatore call center senza ricevere nessuna risposta.. ho chiamato tutti i numeri che ho trovato tra i contatti del sito della compagnia, e a quanto pare sono tutti fuori servizio come se la compagnia fosse scomparsa!!!! in più ho mandato mail su mail, senza ricevere riscontro da parte di nessuno.
Ho urgentemente bisogno di ricevere assistenza da qualcuno dato che a breve, tra 2 giorni, dovrei prendere un volo ma sono impossibilitata a partire, causa covid, sono in isolamento fiduciario, quindi obbligata per legge a non uscire di casa quindi ho diritto ad essere assistita da qualcuno in questa faccenda!! se no mi muoverò diversamente per vie legali.
