Where is the zero star rating?. How do I count the ways they suck? Fees added at the end of the order with no warning, order delivered days late, flowers delivered were old and wilted and NOTHING resembling what was ordered. STAY AWAY

This was a terrible experience!! I placed my order a month in advance and the order was not delivered. When I tried to figure out the situation, the customer service chat "referred to me to someone on her care team," and no one ever came back to the chat. The order was well over $80. They advertise using local florists but did not do that, instead sending an order via UPS. They also intentionally blocked me from other review sites using the email that I ordered the flowers with. Really horrible!

Ordered on a Saturday with belief would be delivered in two days by local florist in Idaho. Flowers sent from Midwest and not received until following Thursday. Contact with live agent impossible. AI would always terminate my call. Flowers received were not what was ordered. Only positive point is the flowers were in good shape.

Ordered flowers for an Anniversary.
Paid for 4 hour delivery. Didn’t show up, so called customer service to be told they would arrive the next day.
We won’t be at that address the next day for several months.
Flowers will not get enjoyed.
Would not issue a refund, even though they say 100% satisfaction guarantee.
No text, calls, or emails explaining they would be late.

I wish I had read the reviews before I used this service. The relative florist delivered a different arrangement than I ordered. I have taken this matter up with Bloom on numerous occasions and I am continually advised that the delivery has been rescheduled however it is now almost a month later and the correct arrangement has still not been delivered. Very disappointing service.

I'd give them zero stars if I could...I SHOULD have just gone to my local florist but I only had the energy to order flowers online from my desk at work (second mistake: not reading the online reviews) and what mistakes those were. Flowers arrived over a day late. The "handwritten premium card" was a sticker from a printer that didn't even include my name or any identifying information so they would know who they were from. Attempting to get this resolved was an AI nightmare that took well over a week. The resolution? They reimbursed me $6 for "the balloon" (I didn't order a balloon, I ordered a $6 card but I guess I got the $6 back so why complain over the details?), they reimbursed me $5 for the late delivery (they were retirement flowers that quite literally arrived as the recipient was walking out of the establishment for the last time ever) and a code to get $5 off of my next order. They could have fully reimbursed me and I would still never order from them again. Ever.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

The flowers were delivered so late that my wife had already left work and ended up waiting in the parking lot for almost an hour just to receive them. That alone would have been unacceptable. However, when the flowers finally arrived, they were wilted and looked like they were already dying.

It's hard to understand how a flower shop can get both the timing and the product quality so wrong. A special gesture for our anniversary turned into frustration and disappointment because of this Bloom lack of professionalism and quality control.
When I called to complain they would only refund me $5.99 that I paid for express delivery.
Save your money and order elsewhere.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my friends birthday. I also paid additional to have it be delivered as a "morning delivery" by 1p per the website. So imagine my surprise that by 3p the order hasn't been delivered and the company not only had not delivered it but couldn't find the order. I called back at 7p after talking to my friend again still no delivery. Money completely wasted and a customer service team that can only read a script to you about how "they understand the frustration and oh I'm sorry."

I've had to call 4 times in 2 days with no resolution and apparently no one can EVER find a supervisor. They claimed that the flowers were delivered to my friends husband in an email instead of calling me directly... Except she is not married and does not even live with a man. If it got delivered it wasn't to my friend.

I've disputed this with my card company because they are useless and full of excuses.

This order was not placed, they pushed it through anyway and charged me for it. The flowers were for a funeral and my family members there said that I had no flowers from bloom flower delivery. I tried to reach out to them by phone and got an AI recording. I told the recording to cancel the false order. It said my request was submitted, the flowers didn’t show up and I was charged.

I ordered and paid for expedited delivery for a service that was happening that day, and was told they would get delivered on time. I never received confirmation that they were out for delivery so I called and of course, it's an AI thing and when I was finally able to get in touch with an actual person, I was told, they wouldn't be delivered until Sunday or Monday. I requested a refund and was told because the delivery window hadn't passed, I was unable to get one. I told them, delivery was supposed to be for that day to which they then changed the story and said, they confirmed with the funeral home that, the service wasn't until Sunday. Once I told them I was standing in front of the casket, they said they would issue the refund. Save your money and time, and go somewhere else.

The flowers arrived on the correct date. They were yellow (as expected), but cheap, unattractive and very different from photo. This gift cost just under $100. This looked to be a $15 value. The recipient never confirmed the gift, because he did not know who sent them. The card just said Happy Birthday__________. They never added my salutation which I put in..."Love, J________and J_______.
and it took me two days to get to the bottom of it.
I requested help twice and initially asked for a refund. There was no response. This company is a NEVER AGAIN!

If I could leave a zero, I would! Ordered a spray for a funeral on Monday, for delivery on Saturday morning for a funeral. Never received confirmation that the order was delivered. When I contacted the florist to verify the order, I was told that delivery had not been completed and asked if they could deliver it another time!? Are you kidding me! It was for a funeral, why the hell would we want it delivered later. What a joke. Don’t do business with this place and had I took the time to look at their reviews prior to my order, I would’ve never placed it. I was trying to find a place near the church and it so happened to be Bloom florist. What a waste of time. Now I’m being told 1-6 days for a refund. Don’t waste your time on this place. Safe your grief.

Just like all the other posts, there was no flowers delivered. I called and first got AI which was a joke. I said agent and was able to talk with someone. I was told that they did not have enough fresh flowers to make the arrangement. Which is ridiculous since it’s advertised as a floral shop. They offered to ship the flowers to the home of the deceased home, which I didn’t know at that moment. I’ll call again, but not gonna hold my breath. Lesson learned- read the review first! Will NEVER use this joke (scam) of a website again

Order flowers today very early to ensure delivery today. Paid all fees and even left the tip. I called at 4:30 pm
to see if there’s a problem with delivery. I was told by the robot it’ll be delivered tomorrow then I got a hold of a girl at customer service to get a human to help . But no, told me actuall it will be Monday for the delivery via UPS. How can you send flowers that’s supposed to be in a glass vase with water safely to the destination. This is a very important day and these a$$ faces effed it all up. I asked why did y’all contact me you have my email you have my phone number, no text no call no nothing. Just decide that yall we’re gonna send it UPS and if that’s correct where is the UPS tracking number? . For God sake it’s flowers not a truck engine to be delivered ! They offer me one thing though ! guess what a whole whopping five dollars back. Complete lowlife operation.

I should have checked the reviews before placing this order!
I ordered on Sunday for Monday delivery.
First, they double billed me after sending an email that the charge didn't go through.
When I called on Tuesday because it hadn't been delivered I asked them to cancel the order altogether and credit me for both charges.
They delivered underwhelming flowers on Thursday - 3 days late - and refuse to issue the second credit as 'the goods had incurred'. (What does that even mean!?!)
If I could give negative stars I would!

⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Bloom Flower Delivery. My order is now two days overdue and still has not been delivered.

What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer service. I have tried to contact Bloom, but I have not been able to reach a human being. I also attempted to contact them by email, but their system will not allow me to submit the request because it claims my order number is invalid. The order number I entered is the exact same number provided in Bloom’s own confirmation email.

So, to summarize: my order is two days late, I have no delivery, I cannot get a clear explanation, I cannot reach a person, and their email system will not recognize the valid order number they provided me.

When someone orders flowers, timing matters. A delivery that is two days late is not a minor inconvenience, particularly when the customer has no effective way to get help or even find out what is happening with the order.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bloom Flower Delivery. The combination of the missed delivery and the inability to obtain basic customer support has been extremely frustrating.

This site is a SCAM. Don't order.

Order a beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s birthday in Texas.
They sent 2 carnations , 1 rose and 2 lilies in a cheap crappy vase.
No resemblance whatsoever to what I ordered. Very expensive too!
Stay away from this site .Running a scam not an honest business!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Company is fake. Took my money, never delivered the flowers, email doesn’t work, not a valid email and no live agents to talk to. Do not use!

Zero stars for Bloom Flower delivery. Do not use this company because they are a rip off. You do not get anything close to what you order, and you don't get the ballon with it either that you order. The flowers I ordered for my granddaughter for her birthday delivered to the school was just awful and nothing like the picture that I ordered from. When you complain, they offer you 10% back off your order. They are making big money off of skimming people.
