Enttäuschend – Rost nach wenigen Jahren

Ich habe 2019 eine Spülmaschine von Blaupunkt (Modell 5VT710NA) gekauft. Bereits nach wenigen Jahren rosten sowohl der obere als auch der untere Geschirrkorb an mehreren Stellen. Das ist für ein Gerät in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht akzeptabel und deutet auf schlechte Qualität hin.

Ich hätte mir eine deutlich längere Lebensdauer erwartet. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Wat een verschrikkelijk, vooral niet-service gericht bedrijf is dit. Mijn bluebot Xtreme deed het niet meer. Ik zit ruim binnen de garantietermijn van 2 jaar dus ik heb via de mail contact opgenomen. Vervolgens komt er een hele hoop gedoe. Heb 3x opnieuw moeten aangeven wat het probleem was, dat alles schoon is en er dus nergens iets vastzit, dat de accu 100% aan geeft, dat ik al opnieuw heb verbonden met wifi en dat ik al meerdere harde resets heb gedaan. Vervolgens moest ik ook nog een filmpje opsturen waarin bleek dat hij het niet doet. Lang verhaal kort, het zou aan de accu liggen en daar zit maar 6 maanden garantie op. Heb aangegeven dat ik het daar niet mee eens ben want dat stond niet expliciet vermeld op bol.com waar ik hem heb gekocht (werd wel gewoon geleverd door blaupunkt zelf) en ook in de garantiebepalingen die in de doos zaten staat gewoon 2 jaar, en niets over 6 maanden op de accu. Ik gaf aan dat dit misleiding is en omdat nergens 6 maanden stond vermeld ik een nieuwe accu van hen verwachtte. Mij werd verteld dat ze hier niet aan konden tegemoetkomen. Kan natuurlijk wel, maar willen ze gewoonweg niet. Ik kon m ook nog opsturen voor onderzoek maar moest ik wel even onderzoekskosten en verzendkosten betalen. Die zijn niet goed hoor. Dit is toch geen klantgerichtheid! Geen begrip, geen coulance, helemaal niks. Ze laten je gewoon barsten. Alle negatieve reviews kloppen dus toch. Echt NOOIT meer koop ik iets van blaupunkt!

Every time we use it, it throws the electric, had the electric checked and everything else electric we use is perfect, put this on and off it all goes.
Only purchased in June 2025 and I’m hoping B&M will refund as I don’t want another one

Would be zero, bought a pizza oven from b & m, does not even switch on, I used to fit blaupunkt audio into BMWs in the 80s, when they were new, it was real quality and expensive, someone has just bought the name and using it as a quality brand , this item is junk, and best used for attacking a burglar with or putting under the wheel of you’re car if the handbrake does not work , avoid at all cost

Terrible Customer Service – Blaupunkt Is Failing Despite a Good Product

The Blaupunkt SBW600 is a solid soundbar and good value for money. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end — the company is being completely ruined by its incompetent and misleading customer service.

I was contacted by Komal Gour, who pressured me into purchasing the product by falsely claiming low stock and imminent price hikes. Despite clearly stating that I was traveling and requesting a specific delivery date, I was assured my request would be honored.

That promise was broken. The product was delivered two days earlier than agreed, with zero tracking information or notification. When I followed up, Komal was not only unapologetic but rude and dismissive, blaming “internal systems” for the mistake instead of taking accountability.

I escalated the matter to her manager, Umesh, who assured me the product would be delivered as per my requested date — yet it was again delivered while I was away. No ownership, no professionalism.

To make matters worse, the promised 48-hour installation never happened — even after a full week. I had to follow up repeatedly, and still no resolution.

Blaupunkt's customer support is untrained, arrogant, and completely disconnected from basic service standards. If this is how they treat customers, it’s only a matter of time before they fail in the Indian market — and rightly so. A good product is meaningless when the entire experience is this frustrating and disrespectful.

Blaupunkt Internet Steckdosenradio. 1 Jahr alt und schon defekt. Blaupunkt Kundendienst mit Rechnung und Garantieanspruch kontaktiert. Einsendelabel erhalten und defektes Gerät eingeschickt. 3 Wochen später Antwort: dass sich Gerät angeblich außerhalb der Garatiezeit befindet und nicht repariert wird! Entweder eine für mich kostenpflichtige Rücksendung oder ebenfalls kostenpflichtige Entsorgung durch den Kundendienst Sertronics GmbH Saarlouis erfolgt. Warum erhalte ich nach Prüfung der Unterlagen ein kostenfreies Rücksendelabel, wenn nun angeblich kein Garantiefall vorliegt? Das ist für mich Betrug am Kunden! Nie wieder Blaupunkt!
Update: nachdem ich mich bei der Blaupunkt Hotline massiv beschwert hatte, wurde dort eingesehen, dass hier nicht korrekt gearbeitet wurde. Nun wurde meine Gerät doch auf Kulanz repariert und ist mittlerweile, für mich komplett kostenfrei, zurück geschickt worden. 30.07.2025

Ze verwijzen simpelweg naar een externe onderdelenwinkel en laten je verder in de kou staan. Geen enkele coulance of klantgerichtheid. Voor dit geld verwacht je betrouwbaarheid én service. Absoluut geen aanrader!"

Wir hatten vor sechs Jahren eine Blaupunkt-Überwachungskamera gekauft. Nach einem Routerwechsel war es nicht mehr möglich auf die Kamera zuzugreifen. Der Kontakt zur Hotline verlief enttäuschend. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht in der Lage, für das betreffende Modell konkrete Hilfe anzubieten. Angeblich wurde die alte App von Blaupunkt eingestellt. Eine Verbindung zur neuen, chinesischen App funktioniert nicht. Auf konkrete Fragen erhält man von der Hotline keine hilfreiche Antwort. Dem Mitarbeiter ist das Kameramodell offensichtlich nicht bekannt.

3 Sicherheits Cams gekauft und nach ca 2 Jahren versagt die APP (Cam4Home Plus) den Dienst. Im Play Store hat die APP annähernd Null Sterne, keiner kann sie mehr nutzen. Der Service reagiert per Mail mit dem Hinweis man solle eine neue APP Nutzen ( Aus China) - Diese kann nach der Installation mit dem QR Code auf den Kameras keine Verbindung herstellen. APP gelöscht, Kameras entsorgt - sehr schade !

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over de service van Blaupunkt. Mijn robotstofzuiger (BLUEBOT XTREME) vertoonde binnen de garantietermijn van 2 jaar een defect. Blaupunkt adviseerde mij het product op te sturen naar Tech Repair voor reparatie. Daarbij werd mij verteld dat, als het defect onder de garantie zou vallen, de reparatie én verzendkosten vergoed zouden worden.

Tot mijn verbazing besloot Tech Repair echter dat het om een gebruikersfout ging en dat de schade dus niet onder de garantie valt. Blaupunkt heeft deze conclusie zonder verdere beoordeling overgenomen. Hierdoor moest ik niet alleen opdraaien voor de verzendkosten, maar ook voor de onderzoektijd, terwijl ik dit apparaat volledig volgens de gebruiksvoorschriften heb gebruikt.

De robot werkt volledig autonoom – ik heb als gebruiker geen invloed op eventuele botsingen of blokkeringen. Dat dit als gebruikersfout wordt bestempeld, vind ik onterecht.

Ik voel mij dan ook misleid. Blaupunkt beloofde hulp en vergoeding bij garantie, maar toen puntje bij paaltje kwam, lieten ze mij volledig in de steek. Online zie ik dat ik helaas niet de enige ben met dit soort ervaringen.

Ik kan Blaupunkt absoluut niet aanbevelen. Als er iets misgaat, sta je er als klant alleen voor en draait je klacht op niets uit.

Worst kettle I have ever bought in my entire 40 years of life. Horrible handle, looks cheap and feels cheap. Horrible spout that doesn’t pour right unless you tip the kettle right up, which considering this is a product that holds boiling water is a severe safety risk. The hard water filter that is meant to filter out the hard water is NON EXISTENT, just holes in a bit of plastic. Horrible release button for the lid which if you have long nails is just impossible. I lost my receipt and tried to email the address provided to receive no reply. This is the first and LAST product I will ever buy from this brand. Just utterly appalling. How the heck do you get a kettle wrong???

It doesn’t work properly and leaks constantly. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt, so I couldn’t return it. I regret purchasing this product and would strongly advise others not to buy it. The non-stick feature is also quite poor

I bought a Blaupunkt Illuminating Kettle - White
Product code: 347114 from B&M not realising it was plastic, not glass. Boiled water from it has a very unpleasant, unpalatable taste so I have had to buy a replacement glass kettle from a different company. I didn’t attempt to get a refund because the kettle was not in its ‘original condition’. This purchase was a complete waste of money.

Het wordt nog beter. Na onze stofzuiger 5weken kwijt te zijn voor herstelling en 100€ reparatiekosten te betalen, komt hij terug. Probleem is niet opgelost. Incompetente hersteldienst kon er nog wel bij. Hier laat ik het niet bij. Even testaankoop inschakelen. Schandalig bedrijf!!!

I purchased your illuminating kettle and it made bang noise and a hole and a black mark appeared on the bottom of it ,I'm very disappointed as I live on my own and kettle wouldn't be used that often ,I'm afraid to use it now

Ring defekt, eingeschickt auf eigene Kosten. Seit Monaten keine Reaktion. Sogar Einschreiben an die Geschäftsführung wurde nicht beantwortet. Kann es sein, dass es sich hier um Betrug handelt? Fast 100 Euro einfach weg. Ich erstatte auf jeden Fall Anzeige

Got a Espresso Coffee machine with the Blaupunkt name on it, model number 409034, and the metal filters keep blocking after about a weeks use. I have my own grinder so it is set to grinder to the espresso grade (in fact the grinder cost more than the coffee machine: a Delonghi burr grinder) Contacted Blaupunkt Customer Service. Zero response!!!. I am guessing these small appliances sold in cheap stores e.g. Home Bargins, are not actually made by Blaupunkt but just have their badge on them.
