The detox tastes awesome BUT for it to come in GLASS! WHAT THE HECK! That is so unsafe. I had glass shards in my drink and got one stuck in my cheek. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

Charged my card and mailed me another month after I cancelled my subscription and had already interacted with support after my first order, telling them I was not happy with the product and that I had no interest in continued use.

I am a bit shocked to see all of the negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience with Biocal. I recently reactivated my subscription after a short break. Once, I received my package, and 1 of the ampoules was broken and wasted in the packaging. I sent customer service a photo, and they immediately reshipped the whole box. Also, my liver function test results are all in the normal range. I do wish the price was a bit cheaper. It is a bit pricey.

Never order from them have cancelled a subscription and every month they try to put$95 through my bank. Can't delete banking info Not an American Company.

Great Product!!! People should stop complaining about the glass container - GLASS is to keep the natural ingredients without being contaminated by plastic and microplastic, there is a reason why they are doing it this way, and come on people is not that hard to open this...there is one comment about swallowing glass... are you kidding me? That's not the container's or company's fault, haha. Talking about the product, I like it, I can feel my bloatness reducing, and more energy also.

I don't understand all the nasty reviews.. I absolutely love this stuff. It's only been a week and I feel fantastic my belly is less bloated. I also don't understand all the complaints about the glass vial it's not hard to open I've had zero issues with glass in my mouth as people say they're just being ridiculous this is amazing product amazing packaging I love it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM. I placed an order for one package, without a subscription. Now they send it every month and I have to chase them for a refund. I finally had to cancel my credit card to get it to stop. The product itself does NOTHING. It is flavored water.

I purchased the something for the liver detox and they were shipped completely broken. They had me send photos of the broken product which I did, never got a refund or replacement.

I ordered my liver detox on 10/30… I got a notification that it was in Atlanta a month ago… and just now getting the notification that it is out for delivery. I don’t trust this product enough to take it now. My advice, use Nature’s Sunshine herbal supplements for liver detox. Or do their 2 week full body cleanse called Clean Start. I thought this Biocel product looked interesting and it was liquid form.. but I will never recommend this crappy brand to anyone!!!! And mine will be going in the trash as soon as it gets here!!!

Did nothing for me and they would not give me my money back.

This product is not safe. It comes in glass tubes that must be cracked open. The glass shards are then ingested. This made me very sick. Also they continue to charge my card even after I have cancelled the subscription. Do not purchase!!

Since my last review I disputed the order with the bank as I didn't have any response from Biocol after I chased my order numerous times. I had my order refunded via my bank, biocol finally then got in touch to ask me to drop the dispute, which I didn't do so I received a refund. I thought thta would be the end of the matter, however I have received a letter from my bank this morning advising thta they have tried to take payment again, luckily I blocked all payments to biocol when I put in the original dispute. Be very careful giving your bank details to this company.

So I didn’t get the vials which seem to be the most popular but they do have another liver cleanse product that is a 25 day detox. I did that one. At first I had a customer service issue and it did take two weeks for a response but when they did respond I was very happy at how they managed the issue. After my first month down because I will be doing the 6 month recommendation- I have to say there are some noticeable improvements. Above all my constant feeling of bloating is gone and I do feel a little more energy throughout the days. The other change that I can say with trust- I didn’t break out for my period like I usually would. The smell of the pills is awful but that’s the only bad thing I can say. I did not change my diet or my activity level month 1 because I just wanted to ease into this and see how it did with no changes. 5 days off and I will be on to month 2. Excited to see what it brings.

I’ve been doing the 21 day detox for 3 months now. I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use, tastes great, and is truly making a difference in my health. I plan to continue taking this every month forever. I also want to say that their customer service is outstanding. I had two broken vials in my last shipment and they promptly responded to my email and sent me replacements. I highly recommend their products as well as their company.

I've been using biocollabs detox for a while now love them. Surprisingly I have lost a few pounds without changing my eating habits at all. My bloating has also gone which was a huge problem for me. I love the taste, the whole vial goes in with a little water and I take it with all my other morning vitamins. I do like the odd glass of red wine so I feel that this is repairing my liver when I have too many on a Friday evening

After using this product for one week I began to feel more energy and lost 1 lba day for 5 days. I feel great!!!

Worst worst worst company ever. Run. Fast

they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Don't respond to emails. I only ordered once but then they sent another liver detox without my permission. It tore my stomach up! Don't order from them My credit card company is going to dispute it and refund the money plus stop any future charges
