They won't let me cancel my subscription. Customer service ignored my request and told me I had to manage it. Can't find the current subscription in my account which makes it impossible. Asked for help they said No I have to manage and cancel from my end I’ve signed in numerous times I can find 3 previous one time orders but no subscription but I keep getting a delivery and monthly charge. Reached out again They won’t help!

This stuff works. My labs improved significantly with AST and ALT and other functions.

They will not cancel your subscription. They have 0 customer service . Ive emailed several times and they keep charging me and sending products . Im over it.

I’m wait for my order till now I don’t receive any thing from them and any reply from the customer service. It’s so bad .

* Here is my update for this review and I have to say that the turmeric tablets I ordered this afternoon i get from them . I hope they are not working like that and hope they can fix the issues they have.

I did not sign up for a subscription. Their cancel button does not work! Awful company.

I just ordered this product and I am waiting for the delivery I will put up another review after I get blood work again in 6 weeks. There is a very handy button if u read before ordering that gives you the option of a one time purchase, press that option if you don't want a subscription. Read before ordering so you know what you are doing.

I did not relize at the time of making an order that I would be receiving it on a regular basis. I DID SEND AN EMAIL TO SAY I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE. BUT IT IS STILL COMING. I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE SO PLEASE STOP SENDING IT. THANK YOU

it is one of the few supplements ive ever used that works this strongly but isnt really foul tasting, or really disruptive either. it is pretty affordable and does get the liver moving, can see and feel a difference and im only 5 days in to the detox week - will be using these for longer this detox mabye 2-4 weeks and will buy again.

The 30 day Guarantee is a SCAM, I cancelled and requested a refund within 3 weeks and they would not respond

Awful experience. Product made my heart race at over 100 beats per minute for 2 hours after consuming.

Unsafe Product – Contaminated Detox Ampules

I purchased BioCoLabs “Something Detox” ampules Batch 250217, Exp. 02/2028) and discovered multiple ampules contaminated with white and brown floating particles that looked like mold. When opened, the product smelled rancid and sour, nothing like the usual apple/fruity flavor.

This is a serious safety concern. I had already consumed some before noticing the contamination, which made the situation even more alarming. I documented the issue with photos and contacted BioCoLabs directly requesting a refund or replacement and a proper investigation.

No supplement should ever arrive in this condition. Customers deserve safe products, transparent quality control, and quick action when serious contamination is reported.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. If something is broke, they sent me a new one. On another occasion, I was able to return an unopened box without any issues.

I love their something for a week detox. Have used it quite often.

I have had a very positive outcome with Biocol! It has helped get my liver enzymes down to normal levels, from having fatty liver. I have also seen improvements in my digestion. I took a break for a month and definately noticed a difference. The glass vials are much healthy than plastic and keep the product at its peek performance. Yes you have to be careful opening it, but is definately worth the extra 3 second it take to open. Convience isnt alway the better way to go!

I’ve struggled the last 2 years to get my cholesterol under control. I didn’t want to get on a statin. I changed my diet, exercised, did all the things they said to do and although it came down some it wasn’t enough. Then I did the detox from bio biocolabs and I’m finally normal on all my labs!! Thank you so much! One month of doing it was all it took and my doctors are super impressed!!

I'm a annoyed with the reviews because they have nothing to do with this product.

Also - read the fine print before you purchase. It IS a subscription. They make that VERY clear. People just like to complain because they don't pay attention 🙄. Stop bringing a company down because you don't like to read.

Biocol, for me, has been amazing.

For the last 3 years I've struggled with high triglycerides. Yes, I like to drink. Yes, I like fried food here and there. Nothing I did (cutting it all out, diet/exercise) could get my numbers down.

In June 2024 my triglycerides were over 450. I just had my June 2025 exam - I was at 83.

I feel better, healthier, and the only change was taking biocol products.

Stop being concerned about glass bottles - it makes things safer for you! The product works and that's all that matters.

Placed my first order from Facebook marketplace (my first mistake) my order was either broken on got wet in transit tried to return the items biocollabs.com did not return my emails or text message, pointless I found out later that biocollabs.com re charged me another $100 for a reorder I never authorized.
This company is nothing more than an overseas scam and outside the USA for any refunds

Sad to see a company that will put so many fake testimonials and reviews when its clear that the company is horrible and doesn't care about anything but making quick buck

I admit I’ve just read the majority of reviews from other users before writing my own, to see if anyone else’s experience matches my own before writing.
I purchased the Something for Detox on auto ship, intending to go for 3 months, so far I have received 2 months.. I’m halfway through the second month.
Turns out, next month I will be leaving town for an extended period of time and I will not be at just one location, therefore unable to receive packages.
I was ready to contact the company to pause for the time being when something odd happened, something different from the complaints I’ve read from others. I was contacted by the company that they would not be able to ship this month as they claim my billing information has changed. Interestingly, my info has NOT changed and no one else is having difficulty shipping items to me. They wanted me to give them my new card information. Therefore I took the opportunity to write to them and cancel anyway, and they responded saying there was no need to cancel, they had cancelled me already. - ???
What???…. Had I not been going away it would have been a problem re-establishing my subscription, a hassle I shouldn’t have to have gone through. They were very quick in cancelling me and removing me from the members login, which I also would not have requested as I only meant to put shipping on hold, not cancel altogether.
Well, this left a bad taste in my mouth, even though the product tastes pretty good to me, but now I know I will not be reordering.
Something is obviously not right with their billing dept. and I don’t care to wait for a time when I’m the one to lose money, as has happened to some unfortunate others.
I can’t in all honesty vouch for the product, whether it has done anything positive for my health or not, I hope so considering the cost. I basically get normal readings on liver function tests so that would not be an indicator. I would hope it’s working on a somewhat fatty liver, but that’s a more complicated test.
I find it very silly to think the vials are dangerous. I wouldn’t use a hammer to open them or give them to a child, but otherwise a sober adult should have no problem. Instructions show using a folded paper towel on one thin end first, pointing the open end down into a cup, and using folded napkin to crack the other end. Voilà!! No biggie! The liquid is mildly sweet, like light diluted apple juice. It can be swallowed in one gulp. I appreciate the glass vials as this guarantees freshness and no contamination from plastics.
Not sure my review will be helpful to anyone but it’s my slightly annoying experience.

Do not order—beware! First, the packaging is dangerous. I never signed up for a subscription, yet they charged me the following month. They admitted their error but never refunded me. They are not responding to any of my emails now. I have to go through my bank and file a claim. They are doing this to others as well. Don’t buy.

I have had issues with constipation that have led to some pretty uncomfortable years. I have been to many doctors and therapists and have had surgery to repair damage but I still have problems. I even had one doctor tell me it’s in my head

I have tried so many probiotics and detoxes to resolve the constipation. After seeing an ad on the socials, I reluctantly bought the 7 day something for a detox week on a whim thinking it would be like everything else I have tried. I was so aloof about taking it that I kind of forgot I was and did not do anything different with my diet or activity levels. In fact I had to eat poorly to prepare for a food allergy test, but continued my daily hikes and exercising.

The glass packaging is neat. A little weird to get used to but I like that it’s not plastic for several reasons. The taste is good too but I am definitely not picky. To me it tastes like apple juice. It does make your stomach turn so to speak and is definitely a “moving” experience so be prepared if you try it.

I started feeling the effects of the detox right away. When I went to the doctor at the end of that week (perfect timing), my symptoms/issues were near gone. I have never had a product work this way or this quickly. I feel pretty hopeful that I found something that finally works. I ordered the 21 day packs and started it again 3 days ago. It’s already working and I really look forward to what happens on week 2…week 3.

This may not be for everyone, but it’s definitely for me.
