It was suggested that I try Bio-kult after I had had a stomach upset. I am not particularly fond of the yogurt drinks so a tablet made sense to me. Although the results were not necessarily immediate I certainly began to feel better and more like my old self. I would recommend this product. Gut health is important.
Some of the negative comments are not on the product itself but the subscription system. I think customers deserve to know in advance if a new packet is being sent and when they will be charged.

There is something very odd with Biokult , and I am not too happy trying to deal with them. I placed an order which arrived ok , (I can't tell yet if they work) but I tried to email them as I was promised a £5 voucher if I completed my account. The email bounced back as not delivered .I then spent ages trying to open an account so I could try to contact them. I managed this , got a reply that maybe the voucher email was in Spam (it wasn't & I had already checked.) I tried to tell them this on reply and AGAIN the email bounced back as undelivered . I can't deal with a company like this , I don't have time, so sorry Biokult but I will be ordering elsewhere in future

I’ve been taking Bio-Kult for over a year and have now set up a regular subscription. Having had gut issues for decades I’ve finally found something that really helps.
Having had quite severe heartburn almost daily for which I’ve had prescription medication periodically, now I rarely have any trouble since taking the everyday version of bio-Kult. It’s been a total game changer for me and I’m so grateful. They’re a great company to deal with and value their customers.

Placed an order and not heard a word since. Order page shows dispatched but no tracking, no phone number and no response to query form.

Exceptionally poor.

Love the product, it works good for me as a dietary supplement for probiotics and health. Alleviates the headaches and stress with imbalanced life. The product has become difficult to source certified in USA with the trade wars.

No problem with delivery and product is excellent.

Ive noticed a lot of complaints about how long delivery takes and subscription problems. I buy my Bio Kult from Boots the chemist. So i dont have those problems. They are a great supplement

Not noticed any particular benefit or problem with the product but getting out is very very difficult. Took 3 goes to cancel a subscription - after reading what others have written I will be checking statements very carefully. After "unsubsribing" to emails for days I have finally given up and just blocked.

DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have had a dreadful experience with this company - They advertised a black Friday deal , which I took advantage of , however , only half my order arrived and I questioned when the rest was and all I got back was the offer was not on what you bought .

However - I had a screen shot to show that it was .

You only get one reply a day - so it takes weeks to speak to them at length . Ring the company and they say they will look into it and don't !! .

In the end I got my money back through my bank .

NEVER AGAIN will I use THE HUT GROUP or Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Company again ( as they are linked somehow) and I won't trust either . !!!

I cancelled my subscription over the Christmas period, only to find I've recently been charged and the product is arriving today! I have not placed an order and I don't have any active subscriptions.

I have contacted CS only to be told if you don't want the product you can return it, erm no this is your mistake refund me.

I have since seen this has happened to someone else, so please be warned.

I cancelled my subscription 9 days before my next subscription should have been shipped and they still just shipped the product and charged me. I asked them for a refund and they ignored my request and just said that it will be cancelled in the future.

Would never use again.

I am a registered therapist with the trade discount, but when I tried to place an order when the company was offering a store-wide discount of less than my normal discount I had to accept that. Customer service just didn't read my messages well enough to be able to offer a solution. Very frustrating!

Any company that continues to send you product and charge you for it weeks after you have cancelled a subscription is not to be trusted. Very poor. I won't order from BioKult again and will tell friends and family to avoid.

Made a BOGOF order over Black Friday weekend. Extra pack not sent. When contacted, BioKult made a very quick and positive response to remedy their oversight. If only all customer facing teams were so efficient and helpful.
BTW the Boosted / Extra Strength BioKult does a great job. Highly recommended.

Happy with the Bio Kult capsules. I have felt noticeably better when I take them. I would recommend them to anyone with stomach and gut issues to try.

zero heads-up before charging for subscription. Got charge two days before the next shipment, and they didn't even bother sending an email. When I immediately contacted them to cancel the order they were all like "it's already dispatched", blaming their broken system for why they can't cancel the order

Loving the supplements and a small omission in delivery was sorted out immediately.

Finally, my bloated stomach is no more! I was beginning to believe it was a permanent feature of my very middle-aged body... So happy to have found an easy solution having tried all sorts.

I’ve just started using the product two weeks ago after starting a course of heavy duty antibiotics. So far I’m very happy with the product and I’m planning to continue using it on daily basis. Speedy delivery. Happy costumer! Thanks

I have suffered for a long time with my digestive system but researched and the reviews have been great and omg so agree these are fantastic I have seen the results and will continue using these thank you so much
