Pratiques abusives – annulation stratégique et absence de remboursement

Je déconseille fortement Billetwise suite à une expérience particulièrement grave.

Le 29 mars 2026, j’ai commandé 4 billets (commande n°00001774782120222358).
Le 4 avril 2026 à 11h41, soit quelques heures avant l’événement, la commande a été annulée unilatéralement.

Conséquence directe : j’ai été contraint de racheter immédiatement 4 nouveaux billets à un tarif largement supérieur (565,76 € au lieu de 282,88 €).

À ce jour :

Aucun remboursement effectué malgré engagement
Aucune solution apportée

Autre problème majeur : les billets étaient annoncés en placement libre permettant d’être côte à côte. En réalité, aucune place n’était adjacente, ce qui a totalement dégradé l’expérience.

Ces faits soulèvent plusieurs points graves :

Non-respect des engagements contractuels
Annulation tardive préjudiciable
Revente à un prix supérieur dans la foulée
Informations trompeuses sur les conditions de placement

Il s’agit clairement de pratiques discutables et potentiellement abusives.

Une procédure est en cours. Sans régularisation rapide, des actions juridiques seront engagées.

Je recommande aux futurs acheteurs d'éviter cette plateforme.

Vervolg 2: Tickets dus gekocht via deze website voor een wedstrijd van Galatasaray, OPGELICHT! Wij hebben onze tickets nooit ontvangen en ze geven de klant de schuld!!! Reacties op berichten duurden telkens uren, waardoor er nauwelijks tijd was om nog iets te regelen.

Vervolgens kregen wij NU de schuld omdat er volgens hen nog een betaling via Passo-taraftar nodig zou zijn, terwijl er gewoon 3000 TL saldo op stond. Ze beweerden dat de tickets niet konden worden overgezet omdat zij geen bericht van Passo hadden ontvangen. Dit klopt niet en lijkt een excuus, aangezien zij zelf aangeven geen directe betrokkenheid te hebben bij Passo.

Wij zijn hier meer dan 2 dagen mee bezig geweest. Pas 20 minuten vóór de wedstrijd kregen wij te horen dat wij binnen 10 minuten opnieuw een bedrag moesten overmaken. Dat is natuurlijk onmogelijk om op zo’n korte termijn nog te regelen.

Het resultaat: geen tickets ontvangen, geen geld terug en de wedstrijd gemist. Wij voelen ons hierdoor ernstig misleid en benadeeld.

Daarnaast is het niet mogelijk om telefonisch contact op te nemen, wat het oplossen van problemen nog moeilijker maakt. Het kan niet zo zijn dat je tickets koopt en vervolgens zelf verantwoordelijk wordt gehouden voor het niet ontvangen ervan. Ze schrijven allemaal smoesjes, ik heb betaald dus moet ik mijn tickets ontvangen!!!

Voor ons voelt dit als oplichting. Wij raden iedereen af om via deze website tickets te bestellen. wij gaan er zeker werk van maken.

Vandaag wilden wij met 6 man naar Galatasaray -Kocaelispor.

Ruim 5 dagen van te voren besteld, tot half uur voor de wedstrijd nog steeds geen tickets ontvagent. Ik had verkeerd besteld blijkbaar, was het ineens een uitvak, volgens biletwise moest op passo taraftar meer geld op staan, dit twee maal verhoogd, dan krijg je een bericht, binnen 10 minuten twee wachtwoorden veranderen en limiet van passo taraftar verhogen anders worden de tickets door verkocht??? 6 tickets van 700 euro weg! Gekochte tickets zijn doorverkocht en krijgen geen GELD TERUG! HIER WORDT JE OPGELICHT!!! EEN EN AL FAKE WEBSITE. ALLES IS EEN GROTE LEUGEN. Ik ga zeer zeker een advocaat opzetten tegen deze oplichters bedrijf.

Very disappointing experience.

The ticket I purchased was not delivered in a final, usable form in time for the event. What I initially received was not the actual admission ticket required for entry, but only a preliminary file that was not sufficient to access the venue.

A valid ticket is not just about being “authentic” in theory — it must be delivered in a complete and functional form, with enough time for the customer to verify and use it properly. In my case, this did not happen.

Customer support was also unhelpful. Despite multiple messages, they repeatedly sent copy-paste responses and refused to provide basic information such as exact delivery timestamps or proof that a fully usable ticket was made available before the event.

A service that delivers tickets at the last moment, without guaranteeing usability, puts the customer at serious risk.

I would strongly recommend being very cautious when using this platform.

scam of the earth. i wouldnt trust this company if there was no tickets. please stay away... i woudlnt even give them 0 stars. there service is a joke... no joke / 195€ taken.

We bought tickets for a Turkish football match, but they were never delivered, even though we had our Passo card ready. Communication with the platform was very slow, so we missed the game. Later, we saw photos of the stadium showing that our section was completely empty. It feels like we were ripped off.
Additionally, the ticket prices are up to seven times higher than what you would pay at the stadium.
I would not recommend using this platform.

we bought 2 tickets for red star basketball match vs Dubai for €300 !!! as it said arena sold out.
Despite asking them numerous times to send us the tickets once bought, they said we only get them a few hours before the match? Why? If the seller wants to genuinely sell them why not send them when the buyer (us) had paid?
So we got 2 Euroleague season tickets for an ABA game where tickets only cost around €28 and in a different arena - which were mit accepted by the security team at the entrance!!!
So we burnt €300 + we flew over to Belgrade as b‘day present for my son and just got ripped of by seller through biletwise who took €80 for the transaction !!!!
And I heard similar stories from local people for other events - where they double sold 400 tickets for a music concert.
Shameful that companies like that make money with scams and when flagged to Erdem and Yakub at biletwise they just said: ‚ it’s your problem that you did not use your ticket ‚!!!
Sure for the wrong venue and wrong league match at a price 5 times over its value (ABA tickets are around €28. seller charged us €150).
Stay clear of biletwise … too risky … rude customer service … rip off prices … no refunds… crazy high fees !!!

Purchased two tickets for Czechia v Ireland 3 months in advance, tickets 'cancelled' 1 hour before kickoff, they sent me an email in Czech saying they got cancelled, when I translated it the email was speaking about a game against Croatia the previous year, very dodgy, still haven't got my money back

Ich habe gestern am 26.03.26 ein Ticket in Wert von 194€ gekauft für das Spiel Türkei - Rumänien . Extra aus Deutschland geflogen für das Spiel und das Ticket wurde nicht geliefert, ich habe auch 100x die Seite angeschrieben und keine Nachricht erhalten. In istanbul bin ich dann auch zum
Polizei Revier die haben mir vor Ort gesagt das diese Website ein scammer - Betrugs Unternehmen ist und die leider nichts machen können. Also Leute nie wieder hier ein Ticket kaufen.

I had an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience with Biletwise.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Olympiacos vs Fenerbahçe basketball game (Order ID: 00001771609660219691) for a total of 190.40 €.

The tickets were delivered only 2 hours before the event, and shockingly, they were issued under completely different names. Because of this, I was denied entry at the venue.

I was there with my son, who is a basketball player, and this was supposed to be a special and memorable experience for him. Instead, we were left outside the arena, dealing with confusion, stress, and disappointment. It was a very upsetting moment for both of us.

At the last minute, under pressure and stress, I had no choice but to buy new tickets just to avoid completely ruining the experience for my son.

I have contacted Biletwise twice requesting a full refund, but I have received no response for more than 4 days. This lack of responsibility and customer support is completely unacceptable.

Selling tickets with incorrect names and ignoring customers after payment shows a serious lack of reliability and professionalism.

I strongly warn others to be very careful when using this platform.

I am escalating this matter further.

Ich bin begeistert! Es hieß, dass die Tickets 4-48 std vor dem Spiel hochgeladen werden und man wollte unser Passo Passwort für die Übertragung erfahren, weshalb ich ein sehr komisches Bauchgefühl hatte aber es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Die Tickets waren sogar eher auf unseren Accounts, als geplant. Meine Erfahrung ist somit positiv. Empfehle Biletwise definitiv weiter!

I purchased rugby match tickets via Biletwise for the Ireland vs Scotland match on 14 March in Dublin.
The tickets were never delivered.
I travelled from Romania specifically for this event, including flights and accommodation, and was unable to attend the match due to their failure.
I had to initiate a chargeback to recover the ticket cost. I strongly advise against using this platform.

Biletwise listed the wrong venue/stadium, which tricked us into buying the tickets for a soccer-match (without refunding our money afterwards), because the fine print of their Terms & Conditions allows them to cheat at customers
("Event dates, venue, city, or country information listed on Biletwise may change or may be incorrectly entered into the system by mistake.")

Ne commandez pas sur ce site ce sont des escrocs nous avons commandé 3 billets pour Fenerbahçe et n’avons jamais rien reçu…. Il existe d’autres sites beaucoup plus fiable !!!!
