My employer has paid, the bike shop is ready to send the bike but Bike2work has “an administrative error” and has not processed the voucher. I have contacted Bike2work and asked about the voucher and was met with short answers claiming that there were no problems on their end without actually looking in to the problem.
My first experience was great. This time, not so much. Everyone is out of pocket apart from Bike2Work and they seem to have no urgency to fix the problem and are more concerned about getting this review from me.
