Bike24 Exceeded My Expectations
After buying my first e-bike online from Bike24, I was a bit worried about how everything would go and what would happen if something went wrong.
I can now say the experience was much better than expected. About a week after my purchase, the bike suddenly became €50 cheaper on their own website. I contacted customer service, and the price difference was immediately refunded to my account.
When the bike arrived, another issue came up: squeaking brakes. I contacted them again, and they allowed me to get a repair estimate from a local bike shop. In the end, the shop fixed the issue for just €10. After reporting this to Bike24, the amount was refunded right away—without even requiring an invoice or estimate.
Because of this excellent customer service, I would happily order from them again. The only downside was a later-than-planned delivery, which was partly due to the end-of-year period, and they informed me promptly when I asked about it.
