The salesman was very nice and helpful and the delivery guys were very courteous and friendly.

The in store salesman Ethan was professional and informative and the delivery of my sofa was fast and effecient with on time delivery with no problems…very satisfied with the merchandise and the people who helped me and was happy with all the service!

This experience was my first and last with Big Sandy. I walked in, picked out two of the same oversized chaise loungers and paid. There was no price tag on the floor model so when the sales lady gave me the total, it sounded about right and that was that. In and out of the store in 15 minutes. Delivery scheduled for a few days later. The delivery truck shows up with only 1 of the 2 loungers and when they get it off the truck it’s the wrong lounger entirely. I get a hold of the store and was met with ambivalence. Like this happens so often they weren’t even phased by it. Come to find out, the sales lady ordered the wrong items. It’s ok. Mistakes happen. But then they want me to pay them an additional $700 because of the price difference between what she ordered and what she was supposed to order. No offer to do anything for their screw up. Not a discount, not a free protection plan, not a refund of the delivery fee…nothing. I have a giant hole in the middle of my house with nowhere to sit because of their error. I didn’t even get an apology from the manager. The only thing I was “offered” was for him to waive the ADDITIONAL delivery fee for them to bring me the correct items after I had paid for them to deliver what turned out to be the wrong items. Oh gee. Thanks. I really appreciate you not charging me a second time for your screw up. What a guy! I canceled the entire order, got a refund and spent almost double the original purchase amount at Furniture Fair instead. They are amazing. They gave me a discount and free delivery for my inconvenience and it wasn’t even them that caused a problem. That’s how you do customer service. Big Sandy is a big disappointment. Buyer beware.

I waited 4 days for delivery and then the item was damaged. I had the delivery people take it back. Then I was told it would be another 5 to 7 days before they could redeliver it.

The store was nice and clean. The staff were great, and I give high marks to the salesman who helped me. I needed a fridge “ASAP” to replace my failed unit. They worked to arrange delivery of an available unit within the quickest offered turnaround possible: 2 days.

Upon delivery day, I was texted an automated message about the item being damaged and undeliverable from the warehouse. Within another hour or so, I was provided a follow-up message (not from my salesman) with a tentative delivery date almost an entire month out.

In the interest of salvaging any time I could, I requested a refund, which was eventually processed, and ended up getting a next day delivery of a similar unit from Lowe’s.

Again, no marks against the folks I’ve worked with, they did their best and were very courteous. Unfortunately, I burned more time and effort than I needed to, and my decision to opt for Big Sandy resulted in a loss of perishables that could have been mitigated had I shopped elsewhere, first.

I would’ve preferred that if there was an issue with the condition of the item in the warehouse, they could have identified it when verifying it was available before generating the invoice and arranging delivery.

I would have preferred the custody of the warehouse/delivery problem being communicated to me by the salesman I originally worked with, perhaps coming to me with viable quick options/solutions rather than being messaged by a third party only quoting me an unreasonable tentative delivery date.

If I shop there again, it won’t be for anything I need in a hurry.

We worked with Chris Burton in the Polaris location. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed 3 new kitchen appliances, and he helped us select the right ones to meet our needs. He also worked to find any eligible discounts, including rebates from LG. Such a nice, beautiful store! And we thought Big Sandy only sold furniture! Boy were we wrong!

MIcrowave JVM6175EKES was indicated "in stock at regional distributor" I ordered, my credit card was charged, and then 6 WEEKS later, was told they never ordered the microwave because it is "not stocked." and would be 4 more weeks.

I called, spoke to Justin and within minutes he emailed me an invoice. Picked up items 5 days later - very fast process. They loaded everything up for me quickly and it was a seamless process.

I truly like Big Sandy, but I purchased a refrigerator from them and picked it up on 9/19, only for the freezer to stop working on 10/3. Unfortunately, they can’t get a technician out until 10/12, leaving me without a working freezer for 9 days. 🙄

To make matters worse, half of the food in the freezer had already completely thawed before I even realized there was a problem, so I’ve also lost food because of the issue.

I’ve always had a good experience with Big Sandy, which is why I’m really disappointed with this situation and the wait for service.

I recently bought a dining room table and it was an incredible experience. I’m usually so nervous about “the sales pitch” or being upsold for profit without a lack of caring for what I wanted but the sales pros at big Sandy’s made it easy and painless. Not to mention , the table is exactly what I wanted.

Online was ez. We kept in touch with each other. They were very helpful. We have bought many things over the years. I would recommend

Our dryer died, so we replaced it with a matching washer and dryer set from Big Sandy’s. TWICE the delivery driver came to our house with no dryer. I took time off from work to meet them there, only for them to not send the needed dryer. They even had no reason for it. NEVER AGAIN.

This guy Rocks and made the sale happen. I bought from Big Sandy in the past when I called the store I remembered Steven just by voice. Top notch service!

I really like the store, and the salespeople were wonderful. Got a new mattress and new lift chair, great deal on both. Delivery was a breeze and being able to track the delivery was a big bonus!

My washer has been unusable for a month. I scheduled a technician to come out, waited over a week for my scheduled appointment on 10/01/26. Apparently there was a "system glitch" and my appointment is no longer scheduled. Now I have to wait 5 more days to have clean clothes.
You would think that they'd make up for THEIR mistake by having a technician come out immediately, regardless of what they consider important or not. As someone who has done retail and works in real estate, a customer/residents experience (especially involving maintenance) is very important to us and the company.
How few technicians are with this company that I have to wait 5 more days instead of having someone come out when it was their fault?
And if every technician is truly busy until the 6th, what does that say about their appliances?

Do better by your brand.

Easy to find the product I was looking for online and the delivery process was simple and the customer service team and delivery drivers were very helpful!

Our experience at Big Sandy’s in Dublin OH was great. Our salesman was Scott Ang he guided us through our mattress buying decision. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of mattresses and options for adjustable bases. There was no high pressure. He was very patient while we tried many different mattresses. We were very happy with our purchase. The delivery was flawless. They arrived on schedule and removed the old mattress. They brought in the new mattress and base quickly and efficiently. Very quick and courteous! The whole was wonderful.

Great salesman . Big sandy had what I needed. The installer Jeremy was awesome.

Being able to finance with 12 months same as cash. Having the right size fir my apartment.

Prompt sales and front desk support. Found an issue with the product when I unboxed it. Big Sandy made it right.
