Do not know how to fix a slow leak and rude technician. Rip off. Went to a different service and they found a nail for the slow leak.

They had helped me at one point to repair my punctured tires July 2024, but it has proven to be very temporary fix. Air started to leak out about a month or two after, I first thought it was just wear and tear air leak, so I went to a gas station and fill up the air. But the low tire pressure started happening frequently, so I went to them again. Because it was out of the warranty period of one month, I had to pay again. Which Understood, so I paid. That was October 15, 2024.

I almost wanted to give them a bit higher score because of that first encounter, but what I have experienced in the subsequent visit has totally changed my mind about this business.

During the October 15th, first I had to wait for about a week to get my appointment to visit the technician. I waited about 30 minutes to have it done. At the end of appointment I asked the technician why the tire pressure dropped all the time, he sounded very impatient and a bit demeaning, letting me know I just had to deal with it but didn't tell me what exactly the issue was. I walked away confused $40 short, hoping that this won't happen again.

The tire pressure start the dropping a few days after that one month warranty expired, so now it was November 11th. This time I will not bother to bring my car back to this location because of the terrible service and convoluted charge. I would have been better off just going to a gas station and fill up my tires, which would last me about the same time for $2.50.

If you would like your tires to be properly fixed I don't recommend this business at all. Maybe in a pinch if you have a puncture they can help you but I doubt the quality of their work. I hate to say but I felt like they just want you to visit repeatedly.

I've been there twice, bought tires, and was told to shhh by an employee, because she was talking now, another time turned away, the day before failsafing all incidentals. Don't trust. 8/24,11/24

If i could give Negative stars i would. I paid 1000$ to get my truck fixed and running - it was towed in with a no crank no start problem the battery was changed, the electrical systems checked then the spark plugs and fuel system changed and cleaned -- one week later to the day my truck wouldn't start, same problem, when i called i was told i would have to pay for towing and that i would have to pay to have it fixed, so in other words no warranty past the parking lot, I wont even go into the crappy customer service i was presented with when i called and like always there was no manager on duty no one there could help me. i will never use your service again and i'm canceling my accounts with you. I should have never used your company in the first place, expensive mistake. i will also tell everyone i see to do the same.

A few months ago I had an appointment @ 11:00 for an oil change. When I got there, everyone took off for lunch. I waited 2 hours.

Today I had an appointment @ 8:00 for an oil change. My vehicle was immediately put in the alignment bay?????
An hour and half later it had not been moved or touched. I got my keys and left.
It's obvious appointments at this location mean nothing. Meanwhile, the place is full of people waiting and the staff is in no hurry whatsoever to get things done.
The service is terrible and attitude is too.
I will never go back, and I will certainly tell everyone I know about the poor, poor service.

I was new in town alway used Big O in state I moved from so when I was out driving and just happened to see Big O, my day was made. I’ve had to use them twice once for fee tire repair and 2nd time tire had to be replaced. They are very professional! Everyone at this shop from the manager down very kind and professional

I've been a customer for 6 years and over the last 2 years I've delt with the downward spiral of service and quality of their work. Recently They misdiagnosed my vehicle and sold me on complete shocks & Struts without needing them, then had to go back 5 times for them to fix the shocks and struts they installed that I didn't need. It was upper and lower arms that were squeaking (back is still squeaking). I had other mech work done from another mechanic and he noticed that Big O had unbolted my Catalytic Converter for some reason and never tightened it back up, I've had tools left in my engine compartment after having service work done by them, and not 1 time in 6 years have they ever held an actual appointment time. Most recently I had them check my brakes, I was told my back brakes were at 30%, so I set an appointment, they couldn't fulfill the appointment time, so I went elsewhere, had them do the back brakes, and low and behold it wasn't the back breaks it was the front brakes, so my vehicle is now having the fronts done today! It always something with them. This is a very brief run down, honestly too many to detail on here, I should have stopped doing business with them 2 years ago. I've been speaking with a Corporate Manager, I have videos, pictures, emails, and text messages to back all this up. I would definitely consider going somewhere else for your vehicle Maintenace until Big O Tires takes a better look at how their stores are managed.

Had Rear struts installed the job was done correctly. But the customer service overcharged at least 2 shop hours for the installation. It is a simple job but requires a helper for one nut on each side. Needed it done as the car was unsafe for how I drive. Reno, Nevada is producing Con Artist in many categories.

I drove in to get only an oil change today. I was greeted right away with a smile and service. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service.

He was very knowledgeable and patient,as I asked him many questions he answerd them all .
He went way beyond the oil change I came for and tested each fuse to ensure they were good, checked and filled my tires and he even replaced a broken piece to
reattach my Rust proof device ,at No cost to me.

He is very kind and professional.

I bought 4 tires for my car and printed the appt confirmation. Big O installed different tires, inferior to the ones I actually bought, and they confirmed their error. Then they said they would order the right tires and charge an extra $100 for shipping, and refused to refund the $50 deposit they charged me for the wrong tires. I spoke to the manager and got my $50 back, had them remove the wrong tires, and said I would buy tires somewhere else in the future.

This one is on me!
If you want rubber on rims, they are just OK.
If you want knowledgeable car care, attention to detail, trained technicians that understand your vehicle, look elsewhere.
Set of directional tires rotated one backwards and drove over 5000 miles.I hope l won’t experience any issues.

I live in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Having worked for Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Akron, Ohio I am fully aware of the importance of tire rotation AND spin balancing every 7,000 miles.

Having a bad experience with Pep Boys, I visited Big O Tires on Carefree Hwy in north Phoenix for this tire maintenance.

I was told, "we can not even touch your tires since they are over 6 years old." "It is federal law and we would be liable if something should happen that would cause an accident."

This is FALSE! There is NO federal law regarding age of a tire, only tire tread depth. This is Big O Tires ploy to get the customer to purchase new tires! A money making process for Big O Tires and NOT the customer!

Big O tire at 6Th & Chambers is not a good choice for tires. Their tires lasted about 6 months before they need to be replaced therefore their tires sucks. And consumer service isn’t friendly at all. And they’ll throw your spare tire in your car & don’t care where it exactly goes or making sure it’s tied down properly. On top of that if you leave anything valuable in your car as they have your vehicle like jewelry or anything else valuable. They’ll steal it & lie about it. It’s just wise to avoid them & just go to a better tire company to get a set of new tires for your ride.

STAY AWAY!! Please never get a Big O Tires credit card. Payment due on the 1st, if paid on the 2nd $41 late fee every single month. So many sneaky fees you will never be done paying off this card. Best to not ever get a card like this.

Scheduled an appointment online for front end alignment at thier yuma az store. went in the day before appointment and asked for a quote on tires to go with the alignment. when I arrived for the appointment i was told they didnt have anyone to align my jeep! never received notification that the appointment was cancelled. They absalutly have no F@#H^&$%# clue what they are doing there. Should not have delt with cut rate ametures. Dont waste your money. Go to discount tire or even walmart to get tires or work done. Dont waste your time with these amatures.

Big O Tire in Fayetteville AR is the biggest ripoff place. They hardly ever fix people tires, almost always sell a new tire instead. Don’t ever make an appointment because appointments are useless. I set one up 5 days in advance for 8:30am 03/02/2024. Got there and checked in early. 3 hours later I asked what’s taking so long. The response was on your still here and they haven’t done this yet. I said yes I’m still here and no work yet. 45 minutes later my truck was pulled in and 45 minutes later it was done. They only changed 1 rotor & 1 brake caliper on right of my truck with new parts I supplied from AutoZone. They charged me for 1 1/2 hours of labor. When I asked why so much for 45 minutes of work. They said they charge what computer says. The computer does say 1 1/2 hours for both rotors & calipers on rear axle. They only replaced 1 on the right rear. They never would give me a refund for the extra 45 minutes they charged me for. Very dishonest business and I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. have brought tires there before for a trailer and have trouble with value stems leaking all the time. They did fix a tire for me but they did try and tell me I needed a one a few months back. After arguing with them they finally repaired it. Once they knew they couldn’t upsale
