Representative was excellent, venue and facilities were excellent. Coffee was very welcome as we had travelled 90 minutes to get there.
Our pre-booked appointment meant the company knew the vehicle we were coming to test. It was hugely frustrating and disappointing to discover the car was so low on charge it wasn't possible to test the key features of the Smart #1 Brabus so we left without making progress on our car purchase.

There was plenty of staff to make buying a car very easy, The cars are all inside a warehouse and are all cleaned to a very high standard, So I was very impressed with the service we received

Avoid at all cost absolutely appalling service. They sold me a car with a pre-existing fault took them over 6 months to finally sort problem out they just used excuse after excuse after excuse to avoid repairing don’t buy extended warranty because it’s worthless and covers nothing

Overall a great experience with polite and professional staff, lovely atmosphere. Easy to talk to somebody on the phone. Was a little suprised at the pushy sales pitch at the first appointment especially as it was clear from the start I wanted the car and had the cash up front for it

When we turned up was not really sure what we were looking for although talking through with Tasha she helped in going through what we felt we needed as far as a new car. No pressure just so helpful in looking at options and soon found what we liked. The process of finding and testing was so straightforward, helped by Tasha calmness, patience and so friendly and helpful and when it came to selling went through everything clearly and again took time to answer our questions. Everyone were helpful and despite being very busy ensured we were kept up to date with everything. If you’re looking for good service, friendly manner and no pressure this was a very good experience for us.
