Big Motoring World - Norwich Arvostelua 

I found a vehicle on the website that I wanted. Looked immaculate (some age related marks, it was a year old. Minor scratches)

I had it moved to my local branch (Norwich) and paid £129 to do that.

When I came to view the vehicle. The bumper has a significant crack in it and a small hole. This wasn't shown on any of the images (and still isn't)

So I didn't want the vehicle because it wasn't what was shown on the images. I was informed that the transfer fee is non-refundable. I would not have transferred the vehicle to another showroom had the damage been shown on the images. The member of staff admitted that the damage was not on the images. It was probably down in transit or in the car park.

The next day. The vehicle has been reduced by £600 (a helpful email informed me) presumably this is because of the additional damage and yet, I'm not entitled to a refund.

Avoid at all costs. Certainly don't ask them to move the vehicle that you're interested in..

Staff were friendly and very helpful in the process of choosing our new car . Although the finance took some time to sort out we came away very happy with the deal we made.

I booked for 6PM, everything went in rush. Please close booking after 4-5 PM if time cannot be managed.

Test drive was very short. I would say it took 5 minuests driving by me just in the street around the dealer. Not motorway.

The last but not the least, the car had a bit collision, it would be negligible but they did not mention it before I found it myself at the car.

I would of preferred to have dealt with just one person and not of been passed from pillar to post and it took nearly all day just to buy a car. The car itself i was happy with.

I can safely say my experience at Big motoring world Norwich was nothing short of excellent. We were treated with the utmost respect the second we walked through the door. We were instantly handed over to Connor who was an absolute gent from the beginning. Not your typical salesman, someone that builds proper relationships with his clients, a very relateable and articulate person and I am so grateful that we got handed to him. He looked after us very well, I literally cannot fault him.

The handover was also seem-less and very stress free, to be able to walk away happy with a great car is one thing but to do it in a few ours is another, I would recommend anyone to Big motoring world, especially Connor.

I had a really positive experience with Big Motoring World. The whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all, which made everything much more comfortable.

Joshua and Chris (Manager) at the Norwich branch were fantastic during my visit to the branch at the weekend. They offered me a very good price for my part exchange, and even though in the end the car i took for a test drive i didnt purchasing, there was no pressure and Chris was more than happy to help source me another suitable vehicle in the future.

Our BigMW Rep James was very informative & attentive. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into any purchasing decisions & pleased with the outcome, the vehicle, warranty & service we received.

Nice salesman and not pushy, explained everything in detail and quickly showed me the cars I wanted to see and arranged a test drive in minutes. Would recommend this company and the process in buying was straight forward.

Tom at Norwich branch was a pleasant calm young man. He covered alot of detail and took us for a test drive. Not pushy, but keen.
I was disappointed there was no flexibility on price; I'd asked the duty manager for £250 off (for sale at £20,250) as car had no parcel shelf or SD card. If he'd agreed, I would have bought it!
As it is, I am still looking elsewhere!

The sales assistant, Lucas, was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable with a cheerful attitude. He made the whole process easy to understand.

Quite a negative experience. Went in to look at a few cars - which we were prepared to buy on the day at appropriate £17k - and the service was poor. Firstly, they have taken the price of each car on the forecourt and you have to scan a QR code for each to get the price. This is a really silly thing to do in my view and alienates older people and those without smart phones. Secondly, we asked for a part exchange price on our car. We had for a valuation of £5000 earlier in the day from Thurlow Nunn. They valued it at £4750. We asked if they come come up and they refused to do so. Didn’t even look at the car and refused to even have a conversation about it. They have lost a significant sale and the overall quality of the business, since it replaced Car Shop has clearly declined.

Again sales team member was Friendly and professional. Was able to answer all questions asked.

The staff are great, the cars are the issue,I wish I had seen the reviews , i now have 6 invoices for repairs, another one on its way . Bought the car june 2025, now a death trap
