Big Green Coach Arvostelua 

Excellent customer service from Big Green Coach. I needed to update my booking details after getting married and Naomi responded incredibly quickly, even late at night, and sorted everything out straight away.

Every interaction I've had with the team has been friendly, helpful and efficient. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

As someone who understands the importance of supporting small businesses, I always try to recommend Big Green Coach to others and will continue to do so.

This is. By far. The absolute worst coach experience I’ve ever had.

Currently I’m on the coach to Download festival, big green coach are an official sponsor and are heavily endorsed by download and multiple other major music festivals in the UK. We were meant to arrive an hour ago, and we are still 3/4 hours away from the festival, on one of the most stressful journeys I’ve ever taken, due to the negligence of the company, and the ignorance of our driver.

The bus was due to arrive at Glasgow to take us to download fest at 6AM. So considering this I woke up early and got an uber to the bus station, at this point, everyone got a message saying that the bus had been delayed by an hour and a half, no further details were given other than a half baked apology. By the time an hour and a half had passed we received a second text message telling us the bus was delayed again by atleast another hour.

It then rolled around to 9AM before our bus finally arrived, and it was estimated we’d make it around 2/3PM. This was before our driver decided to take an hour long break after one hour of driving. cut away from a small jam on the motorway to take a sketchy, dangerous backroad advising against motorway vehicles. Passing multiple signs for road works and closures. At the end of this backway to hell, we reached the pretold closed road, at which point we had to turn back and retrace 30 minutes worth of roads never made for a giant coach, trying to find a way back to the motorway.

As it stands we’re still on the way to download, we’ve missed half the acts of the day, and campgrounds are most likely packed already. We’ve finally made it back to the motorway now. But our ETA is at current 4:30PM, a total five hours after our initial arrival time, and making the total time since arriving to the outbound bus station almost 11 hours. Due to the delays, BGC has issued a refund for the outbound trip to every passenger on board, but I don’t think even that is enough to compensate the hell we’ve been through this morning.

We used your bus company from middlesbrough to stadium of light on Sunderland on Tuesday 9th June. Would just like to say we had excellent service from yourselves. The driver was very friendly but didn't catch his name. It made our journey feel very safe knowing that the bus was waiting for us on our return. Would definitely use this company again

I regrettably booked this company to come home from Radio One BW, at an outrageous cost of £30 for a 11 mile journey.

Buses were no where to be found, when I did find the collection point, buses were an hour late.

Buses for other users to other destinations didn’t even turn up.

I emailed a complaint to which I was fobbed off.

I would AVOID this shambolic company at costs.

We paid £11 each for a 6 mile journey to our concert. We waited for 2.5 hours!!!! Coaches came once every 25 minutes and the queue turned into chaos.

I contacted their customer service and was told twice that they were happy with the service provided and I couldnt get compensation.

RUBBISH - AVOID FOR ANY TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS!!! You're better walking!

This company charged me £28 for a ride to the Radio 1 festival but when we got on the bus nobody asked for the ticket to see i had paid, on the way back it was the same and the majority of people on that bus told me they had not paid for their journey, when I inquired about it to the company and asked for a refund as I felt it was not fair that I had to pay but other people didn't they basically said no refund and they will look into the reason why no one checked, fair enough it is not their fault the staff didn't check but that does not mean it's fair that some people had to pay a lot of money for a 10 minute journey and most people got it for free, disgusting in my opinion.
I would advise being very careful booking with this company.

Got to London ok but on return to the coach driver informed us we couldn’t leave for 2 hrs eventually got back to Cardiff at 4.30am .

Lovely comfortable coach, phone chargers, toilet. Reece was an excellent driver, also very considerate and helpful.

I was impressed with the quick customer service- I contacted BGB twice to ask questions via Facebook and email. Each time they came back to me within an hour and sorted my query.

Perfect customer service - resolved very quickly.

Shame I can’t attend and experience the coach.

I booked with the Company and needed to cancel and they could not of been more helpful, and assisted me within a few minutes so would recommend working with this company.

I had read on social media that people had received their BGc tickets for download festival already but I hadn't at the time so just needed to check if there was something wrong with my booking.. got a very rapid response to my email from Layla, who reassured me that all was ok & my eticket arrived within 24 hours..which was one less but big thing to worry about for me..thank you!

Accidentally booked a coach with my concert tickets. Layla was super understanding, nice and helpful and cancelled the booking efficiently at no extra cost. Great customer service.

Based on my dealings with the company I would say the communication on emails ect was clear and quick and easy to move forward with, thanks Layla

Really poor experience at R1 Big Weekend, waited well over an hour for a "shuttle bus" from Heworth Metro station on the Friday meaning I missed a number of artists I had planned on seeing. Nowhere near enough busses were in service for the amount of people. They also weren't making sure the busses were completely full before leaving each time, we seen busses leaving with space on them. Very poorly ran.

Coach did not arrive or was there any communication to myself regarding rearranging transport to our music event.. I had to arrange a different transport to and from the event as we had lost trust in the company to provide for the service we had paid for.. Poor effort

Don't trust this company! Big Green Coach ig Green Coach you are an absolute disgrace. My daughter and friends were on the coach to festival in Chester, having paid £40 each for the ticket on your coach. The driver stopped at services for toilet break, and left before they got back to the coach before the arranged time, leaving them in a service station in the middle of nowhere!! Luckily she took her belongings with her but some other parties had left their property on the coach! Do not use this company!!

Me and my mum where supposed to be attending the lottery winners in Leigh and had paid for a package including the coach travel from Liverpool.

The coach never turned up and after about 30 minutes we had a phone call to say it wasn’t coming and taxis were ordered.

When taxis eventually arrived we where told three where ordered two turned up but we where not notified and they drove off with spare seats in them. A group ordered their own uber. The third taxi never appeared.
We were told that we’d be emailed the taxis booking details.

We rang the hot line to a man who said the third was waiting but then changed this to that we’d have to make our own way there and be reimbursed. When we said that we shouldn’t be out of pocket for something we had already paid for. We asked to talk to someone else but he went a way and pretended to be someone else.

I don’t believe that we’d be reimbursed and don’t have any trust that if we had gotten our own way to the concert that we’d have gotten home.
