I booked with the Company and needed to cancel and they could not of been more helpful, and assisted me within a few minutes so would recommend working with this company.

Customer service was great, quick response clear on instructions and done what I asked with no complications! Great company

I had read on social media that people had received their BGc tickets for download festival already but I hadn't at the time so just needed to check if there was something wrong with my booking.. got a very rapid response to my email from Layla, who reassured me that all was ok & my eticket arrived within 24 hours..which was one less but big thing to worry about for me..thank you!

Accidentally booked a coach with my concert tickets. Layla was super understanding, nice and helpful and cancelled the booking efficiently at no extra cost. Great customer service.

Really poor experience at R1 Big Weekend, waited well over an hour for a "shuttle bus" from Heworth Metro station on the Friday meaning I missed a number of artists I had planned on seeing. Nowhere near enough busses were in service for the amount of people. They also weren't making sure the busses were completely full before leaving each time, we seen busses leaving with space on them. Very poorly ran.

Coach did not arrive or was there any communication to myself regarding rearranging transport to our music event.. I had to arrange a different transport to and from the event as we had lost trust in the company to provide for the service we had paid for.. Poor effort

Don't trust this company! Big Green Coach ig Green Coach you are an absolute disgrace. My daughter and friends were on the coach to festival in Chester, having paid £40 each for the ticket on your coach. The driver stopped at services for toilet break, and left before they got back to the coach before the arranged time, leaving them in a service station in the middle of nowhere!! Luckily she took her belongings with her but some other parties had left their property on the coach! Do not use this company!!

Me and my mum where supposed to be attending the lottery winners in Leigh and had paid for a package including the coach travel from Liverpool.

The coach never turned up and after about 30 minutes we had a phone call to say it wasn’t coming and taxis were ordered.

When taxis eventually arrived we where told three where ordered two turned up but we where not notified and they drove off with spare seats in them. A group ordered their own uber. The third taxi never appeared.
We were told that we’d be emailed the taxis booking details.

We rang the hot line to a man who said the third was waiting but then changed this to that we’d have to make our own way there and be reimbursed. When we said that we shouldn’t be out of pocket for something we had already paid for. We asked to talk to someone else but he went a way and pretended to be someone else.

I don’t believe that we’d be reimbursed and don’t have any trust that if we had gotten our own way to the concert that we’d have gotten home.

Booked coach place for this year's download festival last June, for my daughter. Subsequently she discovered she had a college exam on the day due to travel there. Upon emailing customer services the issue was dealt with within a day by James & she's now booked to travel the following morning and her anxiety levels have dropped significantly as a result.Thank you James at BGC

Had a query about my booking and the customer service team were great. Made the change I requested very quickly with no issues. Overall a very good service.

Used them for Green Day and was happy with service. Booked for my Chemical Romance but needed to amend our pick up point due to moving. Layla sorted this for me very efficiently

First and last time using Big Green Coaches .

Booked coach travel for the Bearded Theory festival and what a mistake that was . Pick up point was Liverpool at 9.30am so assumed a 2,50 hour journey should cover it.

Nowhere on the booking page did it mention that multiple pick ups would be involved . So , started in Liverpool , then on to Manchester followed by Sheffield and Nottingham . Arrived at the festival at 6.30pm .

9 hours to travel a distance of 100 miles ! Could have travelled to Glastonbury and back in that time .

Other things that went wrong - The toilet on the coach was out of use for part of the journey.It seems that the coach company did not provide the driver with the proper travel route to the Festival - neared the festival around 4.30pm and took a further 2 hours due to be stopped from accessing on particular route .

Further to the reply below , sorry but it it really doesn't rub . 9 hours for a journey that should take 2.50 hours is not an efficient route .

I suspect that the multiple pick ups is more to do with cost savings than any sustainability pretence ( in my opinion ).

We saw the amount of queues and crowds in previous nights at big weekender, so decided to leave OLIVIA DEAN early. We were the first people to get in the queue, but ended up getting on the fourth bus. We’d asked multiple staff members if we were allowed to just go down the straight path instead of going through the maze of fences, they said no. But allowed people to start unlocking fences and push directly in front of us.

Really helpful and prompt with dealing with my issue and found a suitable solution.

My tickets for the big green coach wouldn’t work so I got in touch within a few minutes they got back to me and helped me make my journey so stress free and easy thanks you again

terrible, shambles, rip off, waste of time don't bother, waited And 1,5 hours to get sunderland radio one weekend, then 1.5 to get back to sunderland paid 12 quid for a crap service,

Been waiting 2 hours for shuttle to radio 1 weekend and the queue in front is at least another 2. Going to miss half the acts. Why aren’t more buses on??

I have only had experience of their customer service team so far and haven't yet used the coach service itself. The CS team was excellent and responded relatively quickly to provide clarity on something which Ticketmaster was just not able to do.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong email address when booking and didn’t receive my confirmation or e-ticket. I contacted them via Instagram messages and got a reply the next morning — Layla was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately. My tickets were resent straight away. Really impressed by how efficient and professional the service was.
