Fantastic bike shop, bought a long range bike for great price, and lock, phone holder and helmet in one shop. Staff are really nice. I recommend this shop.

Even their terms and conditions are not legal and have been reported to trading standards.
This is by far one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my entire life. I brought a bike in their Black Friday deals. Little did I know that when you press pay you are agreeing to them sending you any rubbish they want to and refuse to replace or refund for that bike.
Mine arrived damaged and this could be seen from outside the box. I let them know that it had arrived damaged and that I haven’t even taken it out the box. They then called me to say get it out the box, set it up and test run it.
When I got it out the box there was more damage to the frame and scratches all over the screen. I then took pictures of the further damage and then the next day rode it along my street about 5 meters and found that the gears were all broken and bent.
I was advised by them that they would refund £10 for the damage to the frame of which I didn’t accept and asked for a replacement. They told me to bring the bike to them so I did and I got met by a very aggressive man who said they will not replace it and that the damage it came with I would have to accept and they would only fix the moving part. I demanded a refund and left the bike there as agreed by them when I left.
I then had to put a PayPal dispute in which again little did I know that PayPal can’t help you if you don’t have a tracking number.
So now the company has my bike and money. They then email me to say I have two options pay them £160 and I get the bike back or take a refund for £260 the bike cost £650 in the first place.
This argument went on for a while why should I pay for a bike that arrived damaged.
I then got some legal help and was told that I should take them to court as they are breaking the consumer rights act for this country.
I sent the letters required and they then refunded me £450 and told me I have to pay for 20km use of the bike which again I have not done.
I will be taking them to court very soon so will update when done.
Please stay away from from this company better to buy from elsewhere.

We take all feedback seriously. We realise you are also getting your friends and family to leave negative reviews, they are not our customers and not in our database, hence we will be not responding to every single reviews.
You purchased an electric bike in 2020, couple of months later you contacted us stating you received the bike damaged. You were advised by our staff you should have contacted us immediately upon receiving any damage items, as clearly stated in our T&C's. So we can take necessary action to support you and resolve any issues effectively.
You requested for us to do a repair for you, we booked you in with our third party partner repair service centre. We offered you support and free repair for the bike you purchased.
You agreed to bring the bike in for inspection/repair. But you left the bike behind and got your husband (Tim), to threaten our young members at the repair centre for a refund.
Bicycle Land management has never agreed for you leave your bike behind for a refund. Our members at the repair centre are not authorised to issue refunds either.
You left the bike at our third party repair centre and, then you raised case against us via your bank next day. After your bank investigated it came to light you got your son to tamper with the bike components to an extent it required, extensive repair. Your bank made the decision to issue a partial refund.
Our service and policy are very clear and it is aimed to support customers. You are also stating that you are taking us to court, however we have not received any legal correspondence.
You are valued customers regardless of violating our terms and we hope you will accept the outcome, which was the decision of your bank.
