Thank you for including me in your survey I would like to say I had a mixed experience. But I think the sticking point was my lack of understanding of the technical language and there misunderstanding at 79 years old you are not Technically savvy. I did find this a bit stressful but eventually got some very helpful staff to help me this is important to me as I like to keep as independent as possible for the moment and due to my medical conditions I will hopefully have temporary problems but with the lovely helpful staff I will be able to overcome this. Forwarded a claim form to me very quickly prior to going into hospital.
Hospital staff completed the form without any problems and l posted the claim.
I received confirmation that the claim had been authorised and processed and the payment to my bank had been made.
The whole process took less than a week and l was very satisfied with service.

Submitting claims
Have been a member of BHSF for approximately 25 years and the service provided is exemplary. Submitted 3 claims recently, 2 were assessed (optical) and premiums paid within 48hrs into my bank account but there was an issue with the 3rd (dental)which got resolved and again payment was made into my bank account. I spoke to the team over the phone regarding the 3rd claim and the team were helpful and informative. Thank you for a great service.
