Excellent bed. Very comfortable mattress. Bought from company before

I ordered this divan bed set for my son. It was easy to order online and straightforward. After only 2 days I got a text and email asking me to confirm the delivery slot which I did and we had the bed delivered 2 days later. On the day of delivery I got a call to say they were a few minutes away. They were really friendly guys who delivered the bed and were obviously well organised and on time. The bed is well made and comfortable. We're really pleased with the product and service.

The lovely bed arrived only a few days after ordering and it was very easy to assemble. There was a bolt missing in the delivery, but I emailed the customer service and they shipped it in the post the same day. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company!

We bought a trundle bed which was delivered within a few days of placing the order. The delivery men were friendly and extremely helpful and took great care when manoeuvring the bed up the stairs and into the bedroom.
As for the bed and mattresses, they seem comfortable although have not slept in the bed yet. It shall be used at Xmas when we have a full house. For the low price we paid this bed is good value.

Your service was exemplary. As the order was place I was concerned that delivery was not addressed specifically, but having placed it, I was contacted within 1 hour offering delivery 3 days later. I chose a day later and again the delivery firm met all promises.

Mattress arrived promptly, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. Emailed a week ago to arrange an exchange - no reply. Have left a voicemail - no reply. Has the company gone out of business? if not, it’s terrible customer service.

UPDATE Best Beds Direct have replied to my review, and this is my response: the mattress has not been “used” you say below, and you have not replied to my email as you also say (I have checked my junk folder too). My issue is that I have tried to contact you about this via email and two phone calls over the past week and have had NO response. It was only when I posted this review that you bothered to reply. It is your lack of after-sales service that I am objecting to, not the mattress itself. I will now buy a replacement Kayflex mattress from another company with better customer service.

When looking for Beds this webpage came up on the feed. I was a little sceptical about ordering as this company isn’t known to me but I put an order in anyway as the webpage was really professionally done and the prices were in my budget. On the webpage they have estimated time to be contacted by supplier( logistics)and that was spot on sure enough I got the phone call in the time stated for delivery, in this time I also tracked the order through the account page which was straight forward. It was an easy to track on day of delivery the progress. The Bed base and headboard arrived and I couldn’t of been happier with my purchase as it came exactly as I ordered and the instructions were clear it was easy to put up with two people and looks stunning and well put together. The only let down of the experience was the phone line as it was impossible to connect with an actual person on the phone line as it puts you in a queue and then disconnects saying no one available please try later. I attempted on more than one occasion and got the same response. This was when I felt I needed to clarify some info with the order. Otherwise I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I bought 2 king beds from this company and in an update to my previous review I feel it necessary to write again. 1 bed was good but the other made in faux leather was so poorly made the drawers would not shut. When I contacted bedtbedsdirect I was told to “use a suitable object and cut some of the faux away. Also I could adjust the 4 runners” obviously if I did this the bed would not be fit to be returned and it would have been impossible for me to have done this at 83 years of age. Also the material on the bed had been stapled on haphazardly with staples dangerously hanging out. Arrangements were made to have it returned after many unanswered emails and on the first 2 occasions pick up was cancelled during the hours it was due to be collected after we had waited in. On the third pick up day the driver rang and asked if it was wrapped in plastic as it had been delivered and as it wasn’t did not collect. This bed was delivered faulty if it was to be wrapped for return we should have been supplied with the plastic. Despite numerous emails to see when the bed would be collected bestbedsdirect did not reply and I sought legal action. Finally the bed was collected and a refund made but £50 was deducted from the price we paid. This bed was so poorly made and should have been checked before delivery, all this could have been avoided and despite all the stress we have not received a full refund. I would never use this company again and would not recommend, in fact I would advise against using this company.

Super comfortable mattresses, comfort like you've paid hundreds of pounds. Ended up buying another mattress within 2weeks. Great value for money. Best sleep I've had in a long time.

I ordered 2 king size beds. They were both delivered on time, separately. On both occasions the plastic protectors were covered in a black dust causing marks on the wall all the way up the staircase. I mentioned this to the driver on the second delivery and emailed Bestbedsdirect who answered that I should have reported it to the driver and emailed them within a day or two. I emailed that I had done both things on the day of delivery but to no avail, no answer. Also the drawers on the Bedmaster do not open properly and tear the faux leather. I would not recommend.

I bought a mattress from best beds direct, I was able to arrange delivery on a day that suited me, it arrived in excellent condition on the day that I requested. I would order from them again.

I looked on Best beds direct for a specific memory foam mattress for my grandson. I saw one, so I ordered it, came very quickly. Didn’t think much of the delivery men, they were dragging it on the ground. Apart from that the mattress and the company are very good. ( the last mattress lasted 15 years, very good quality) Highly recommend both!

After reading a lot of reviews I chose a Mlily mattress from best beds direct. It was the worst decision I've ever made. The mattress is not medium it's firm, it's like sleeping on the floor. I've had the worse night's sleeps on it and have woken up feeling like I've had no sleep. My back and chest feel awful in the morning. Its insanely heavy as well. I tried contacting best beds direct to see if I could return it and no one answered the phone left messages and no one called me back so I'm now stuck with it as they only offer a standard 2 week return policy which is impossible to even get hold of anyone. Avoid avoid avoid
