to get a reply from this review but i will keep at it as you are dishonest people taking money from honest people who earned

The customer service provided was extremely unhelpful. After booking a flight, I received a call instructing me to pay an additional £500 as the flight I had booked was incorrect according to them. My wife and children were travelling on a return flight which had a two-hour wait that was extended to over eight hours for an unspecified reason. Furthermore, there was no communication from the company I booked through. They did not inform me of the extended stay nor provide any accommodation. I would not recommend this company and advise others to avoid it. The customer service was exceptionally poor.

Made reservation via BestAirFares.com 2 monhs early for 3 and received confirmation.

When no chg on CC, I called and learned it didn't go through because seats were no longer available for that price but, for $50/ticket, they had seats in the main section. Bait&Switch.

Because they were still so cheap, we accepted this and then got msg from airflightfare.com saying that the reservation was good and merchant name was 'Cheap Flying Fares'.

Represntative (Nicole) assured us we were good and tickets would be issued about 10 days before flight. She explained that they were a consolidator and that they definitely had a block of seats to sell. Turns out they did *NOT* have the inventory in hand and at 9 days out, they refunded and told us the flight was overbooked.

We immediately checked and seats were availably on both flights, only now we had to pay twice the price via the open mkt vs. a discounter like them. Huge scam and it cost us over $1500 more in the end than if w had bought on the open mkt originally.

Don't do it unless you don't have to travel at a specific time and you're willing to let someone 'hold' your money on a gamble that the seat will materialize. And don't rsrv a room at destination until you actually have your tickets.

Terrible business practice to sell a seat you don't have and then string the customer along until the last minute and leave them stuck.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS – Complete Scam and Nightmare Experience

This company deliberately misled us from the very beginning. They offered two round-trip tickets that appeared to be from BestAirFares, but all confirmation emails came from cheapflightservice.com. They charged our credit card immediately, then proceeded to string us along with excuses until the very last minute.

At that point, they suddenly claimed the airline had "cancelled the reservations due to overbooking." We immediately suspected we were being scammed — and unfortunately, that feeling was correct.

We are now in a months-long battle trying to get our refund. The runaround has been endless. Every time we call, they say the department isn’t available, a supervisor will call back in 2 hours or simply tell us to “be patient” or “check with your bank.” We’ve heard the same script repeatedly.

Today (April 10, 2026), I called again for a refund update (one of many calls since February 8, 2026) and got the exact same nonsense. No one is ever available. No one ever calls back. No progress is ever made.

We have already filed a formal dispute with our bank and provided all the evidence we have. I strongly recommend anyone who has been victimized by this company do the same.

This is not a legitimate travel agency — it’s a fraudulent operation that takes your money and disappears when it’s time to deliver. If anyone from Best Airfares or CheapFlightService wants to challenge this review, feel free — I have all the emails, booking references, and call logs. I will also be posting this on your site as well.

Stay far away. Save your money and book directly with the airline.

This company is complete scam. The offer discounts filight that don't exist. They charge your credit card before they have confirmed tickets for you trip or even paid the airline. They charge your card under false offer and if you don't want there offers they don't refund the money, they simply keep it. I would not accept a ticket from them even if it was being offered for free

Getting your tix or the confirmation info for airline is not something you should have to ask for-or hound the company you purchased the tickets from. Yet that is how this business is run.
We purchased a round trip flight and were given the confirmation for the first flight not knowing that it would be a different confirmation # for the return flight.
I honestly don’t think we would’ve ever gotten the info for the return flight AT ALL if I didn’t reach out (x2) and ask for it.

CheapFlights.com is a total scam! I would not recommend nor am I going to use them again. I booked the flights that I wanted and immediately received a phone call stating that the flights I picked were no longer available. (Yeah, sure) The only ones available were at a different airport and different time. When I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge a 30% fee! What a sham!

I received timely updates and reminders throughout the flight both to and return. Eve Parker was exceptional.

I booked a ticket with them for the end of March. The first thing the did that was not untrustworthy was that they withdrew the ticket prize partly from my banking account.
Then to get my e-ticket it was another battle. Finally l conclude that l was going through a scam. Because when l called and told them that l knew that l was going through a scam and one guy asked me to give them one week then l will get my e-ticket. But l never get it and hopefully l found was they withdrew back in my account. I will never never deal with them anymore. Becareful l while dealing with them. Thanks!
