DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRAUDSTERS.

I paid over £2000 for flights before reading many other reviews on here which states they are scammers and fraudsters and wish I had read them before.

They take your money, reserve flights with your selected airline, so you can access the airlines website to give you the impression it is all legit.

They then don’t pay the airlines and claim that the airline cancelled the booking as the flight was full.

When they did this to me I contacted the airline directly who confirmed that they didn’t pay for the flights hence the cancellation. The 1st of a catalogue of lies.

They will then write to you lying constantly, and interestingly never denying that they are scammers and fraudsters, even if you accuse them directly.

They will pretend they have started the refund process when they haven’t and the lies just go on and on. 3 times they told me they had started the refund when they hadn’t.

They know you only have a certain number of days from the transaction to make your fraud claim so try and fob you off hoping you go over this and cannot take this action.

I eventually got a refund after 2 months but only because I logged a fraud case with my bank and instigated a Police report for fraud against them.

I believe that they commit this fraud and hope that people won’t be as forceful and determined as I was and only refund those that take it to the lengths I did.

The company address is a run down council flat in London and the company is based in India. Do Google street view and it tells you all you need to know.

They are just set up to cheat people out of their money and try and fob you off until you give up.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

I have started the process with my bank to try and get them listed as known fraudsters so no one else has to go through the horrendous experience I did and you are made aware at the point of sale.

CRIMINAL FRAUD – please do not listen to their lies, please read to the end as there’s many different updates

They are a professional scamming business , and trust me they know their words, I found flights at a good deals, googled them and their reviews said it was a scam, they then called I firmly said no I don’t wish to purchase flights it’s a scam iv seen the reviews on trust pilot , he advise me that they had good rating and I was looking at the wrong website name, he gave me the correct 1 and yes their reviews were good, he informed me that I would have a e-ticket number and airline reservation number within 3 hrs, all good so far BUT they have given me a false e-ticket number and iv spoke to the airline and they haven't received payment and said they will not issue e-ticket number until payment has been .
I contacted the agent again and they have reassured me that will be dealt with and it’s the type of ticket I have purchased and will be updated 24hrs before departure date, I have gone back to the airline and again told that they will not issue an e-ticket number until payment, the agent is certain they have initiated payment.

Now after booked the slreveiws have been posted with the same scam, when I call they don’t even asked for my details, I sent an email to ask for a valid e-ticket number otherwise I will report fraud and complete a chargeback on my credit card , they send an email for me to get in contact and I requested it to be dealt via email or asked permission to record the call, never received an reply I spoke to them this morning and they refused my call to be recorded and said they will send in an email, again haven't received an email, could not then make any contact, I informed them that I am taking action due to fraud , tied to call and they answer and after explains my action I wanted to take they reply with ok no explanation, iv now received an email stating a refund, but I must reply to confirm I want to cancel which I refuse as I’m not cancellation has there’s nothing booked , they will probably reply to this review that I either have the wrong website as there’s many trading under similar name or saying they have issued a refund
As the last reviewing customer has said I will not let this drop and they must be stopped

UPDATE I’m currently on hold, they have allowed me to record , the agent is saying iv left a review on the wrong company and it’s impacting her score , iv explained that I have used my reference number that I received when I booked and payed, and it allows me login and manage booking on this page there’s a link to review them on trust pilot , the website that is shown above, she continues to ask for my reference number .

Iv just called back the number that the lady said I have left the wrong review , making out they called me, I asked what company and the gentleman said it was best ticket fare , which the lady I just spoke to said they were the best airfares, they are carrying out fraud under so many different company names , more evidence .

The Best Air Fares is not a travel agency—it is a criminal enterprise operating under a fake business name. They have stolen £1,450 from me and engaged in a systematic, calculated pattern of lies and extortion.

Here is exactly how their scam works: They lure you in with a low fare, take your money, and then cancel your confirmed booking without your consent. When you demand a refund, they promise it is "processing" to stall you past your bank's 120-day chargeback deadline. Then they ignore you completely.

What makes my case different from other victims? I have the smoking gun.

· I possess ALL written correspondence—every single email where they promised me a refund that never materialized.
· More damningly, I have audio recordings of their phone agents explicitly guaranteeing my money would be returned. These recordings are direct, undeniable proof of their fraudulent intent and deceptive practices. They are caught red-handed, lying on tape.

I have already taken decisive action:

· I filed a formal crime report with Action Fraud UK and hold an official crime reference number.
· My bank is actively pursuing a chargeback, but I am not stopping there.
· I am preparing to take them to the Small Claims Court, armed with my recordings and paperwork, to ensure they are held legally accountable.

This company already has 74 formal complaints logged with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a sea of one-star reviews across every platform. They are professional thieves who will destroy your travel plans and steal your hard-earned money.

FINAL WARNING: If you have booked with them, call your bank RIGHT NOW and dispute the charge. Do not believe their fake "processing" promises. I will make sure my recorded evidence follows them everywhere—on Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, and in court.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A TEN-FOOT POLE. THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES, AND FRAUDS.

This company deserves a minus review. Not even 1. Absolute disgraceful company. They are nothing but frauds!! How they sleep at night I have no idea. I will be reporting them to trading standards so they can stop scanning other innocent ppl.

Please please save your time, money and energy and go with a reputable company. If they send you a link to pay, do not do it!!! If you sense something is fishy then you know it’s not right and walk away. If you have made payment contact your bank and trading standards so their website can get shut down! Day light robbery.

They take your money and change their names everytime you speak to the same ppl. Dishonest, poor customer service and notorious scammers.

Trying to book a flight and asked date of birth. Some idiot who designed website decided that I would have to go back monthly by month to 1965!!!! This would take an hour. So not using this company because they have no idea how to operate a web site

I booked an airline ticket through a third-party search engine to travel agent. After I made the payment, the travel agent called and informed me that I had purchased a Basic Economy ticket, which they said might not be confirmed until 24 hours before departure. This put me under significant stress because my travel plans were uncertain, and my money was already tied up.

The ticket was not confirmed, and the travel agent only provided their own company booking reference instead of the airline's booking reference. When I contacted the airline directly, they could not find any reservation under my details, leaving me unable to verify my booking.

Over the following days, I had to make numerous phone calls to travel agent, causing unnecessary anxiety and frustration. In the end, I felt pressured to pay a much higher fare just to secure a confirmed ticket. I was also informed that I could not receive a full refund unless I paid additional cancellation or service fees.

This experience was misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly informed before payment if a ticket is not immediately confirmed or is subject to availability. Selling an unconfirmed booking while holding a customer's money creates unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I believe this type of practice is unfair and should be investigated to ensure consumers are treated transparently and fairly.

I spoke with mr Waseem which he was very helpful and explained everything and give me good deal so I'm quite great full to him.
