When an order is wrong through no fault of your own you have to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Email after email call after call.
My first order was ok but the second has definitely put me off from ordering online. I won't be recommending them.

Website was easy to navigate and I was able to order samples of vinyl sheet flooring which arrived promptly and are a good size so it's easy to see how the design would look in my rooms. Pricing seemed very reasonable and there is a good selection of roll ends and remnants also. Will definitely consider as one of my choices for flooring

As the width I required wasn’t listed on the website, I phoned to check availability. After several unreturned calls and broken promises to phone me back, I had to chase multiple times. However, Michelle was very polite and helpful throughout — she eventually arranged for the size to be made available online, and even stayed on the phone with me until my order successfully went through.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. The item arrived at around 18:00, and as I had to pop out, my wife greeted the delivery driver. He was extremely rude and refused to help her move the item into the house, even though it was only about 8 metres from the parked truck. We were unaware that this was the delivery policy. He then left the item on the pavement and drove off, leaving my wife to manage .

Easy to place order and great customer service when checking on delivery....which was delivered on the date stated.
Love my Victorian Green Flooring and will be purchasing more very soon 😊

Very disappointed. Found our perfect carpet and ordered it up. Was due to be delivered on the Friday. It never arrived after waiting in all day and had no contact from the courier to explain delay. I contacted them on the Monday and they reassured it was out for delivery. Day 2 waiting for this. Only the underlay was delivered- the carpet was not on the van. I had to chase again on Tuesday and was informed it wasn’t out for delivery and would need to be booked for the Wednesday. They said they’d get it out by 12pm…..it never arrived and I had to chase again. More of a day wasted as they said it had to be signed for. It finally arrived at 4pm with the packaging burst open and staining on the edge of the carpet. The underlay was completely open at one end too. On top of this I had to keep moving the fitter day with each delay and gave wasted days of holiday waiting for failed deliveries. I’ve put in a complaint and waiting for a response but it’s put me off ordering carpet online again.

I found the flooring I had been looking for the service was efficient but I thought shipping for a small roll was a bit over priced.

I ordered something I couldn’t find anywhere in the shops managed to find it on there website it came next day and the quality is fantastic my customer is over joyed I will definitely be returning in the future

Order arrived on time and looks very good. We had it laid by a professional.

Excellent flooring pleased with the quality delivery was not so good paid extra to have it delivered on the Tuesday having waited in all day following the van on the app it never turned up but was the delivered the next day.
Having checked the reviews of the delivery company they do not seem the most reliable.
This is not a reflection on the flooring company as there product quality and dispatch time was excellent 👍
