From the first phone call-Debbie was so warm, professional. We have called so many agencies looking for a.place to rent. Debbie's customer service was exceptional .She handed us over to Archie, they were brilliant. Even when we had difficulty accessing our share codes. They were helpful and not judgmental. 5 star customer service experience
I have recently agreed a tenancy with Beresfords, and the transition from enquiry to moving into the property has been seamless. Archie, Joe and Christine have been extremely helpful through the process. I have been kept right up to date on the progress of the tenancy, and the team have bent over backwards to answer all questions, etc.
