The staff at Worksop bensons for beds were easy going, helpful and absolutely hilarious ( when I was talking about my son travelling to Morocco).

Allowed time to browse independently. Good knowledge of requirements.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Great products and great people on Worksop store. Delivery men friendly and promptuos (Kim and Kieran)

The staff. Were very helpful, but not intrusive. They answered my questions clearly and gave me time to decide which mattress was right for me

Helpful staff and very precise and friendly.

Super staff who answered all our questions honestly. Huge range to choose from. Overall a pleasant way to spend a lot of money.

Not having bought a bed/mattress for a very long time, I was a little unsure as to how to make my choice. From the first moment that I walked into the showroom I felt at ease. It was warm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt that the staff were there to help and assist me, rather than being in my face and trying to push a product onto me.
A very pleasant shopping experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE WAS NOT PESTERED AT ALL LEFT TO LOOK ROUND AT OUR OWN PACE WE WHERE HELPED WHEN ASKED WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE PRODUCT WE PURCHASED LOOK FORWARD TO IT ARRIVING FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

I would recommend Bensons at Worksop, we bought a new bed and Andrew was really pleasant and helpful with no pressure.

Excellent customer service. Helpful and very polite.

Friendly understanding staff. Odd how a choice of 30 mattresses are cut down to one so easily!

Really helpful Sales person, not pushy at all. Great choice of bedframes and mattresses at competitive prices.

The manager, Martin, Worksop branch, Notts, afforded me time, knowledgeable, answered my questions, demonstrated the differences, spoke about 'good posture', helped me decide on the purchase of my bed. No pressure was 'put on me' which I feel is important. The help from the others with finance very helpful.

We purchased a handmade bed and after having the bed for less than 2 years 2 of the legs have broken. I contacted customer service only to be told that the bed is no longer under warranty but we were welcome to look around the showroom to purchase another. This is so disappointing. We are effectively stuck with a bed that is not fit for purpose and customer service were less than helpful and refused to help us. I will never shop at this store again. Customer service is non existant.

I went to Bensons in Worksop on 20th Dec looking for a bed/mattress. The staff were very helpful, the lady who served me very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Bought the bed/mattress at a good price.

I have made several purchases from the Worksop store. The sales team are outstanding and very helpful. Andy, the sales rep went above and beyond in my experience and I would recommend this outstanding customer service.
