Staff member very helpful

Staff member very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Plenty of choice and options on display and choose from. The whole experience was made easy and straightforward.

Staff in the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable they made my experience welcoming and relaxing this is the second bed I’ve bought and will recommend Bensons

Sales manager a real assist at Bensons

The sales manager at the Workington branch was very helpful and succeeding in keeping our custom after being disappointed with Benson's online marketing. The great offer we found on their website could not be bought...you were only told that the divan set we wanted was unavailable when you actually put it in your basket (suppose it's a way of getting you into store). Anyway, Andy did us a great deal so happy in the end.
